Was great to stay here we loved it!

The location is a short walk to the beach, it's the middle condo and we had no neighbors the majority of the stay so that was nice, the garage is large and they have some beach chairs and toys for kids in the garage, a few of the appliances were out of date, we communicated that with the host and was told the items would be addressed for future guests, overall it was a nice place with everything you'd need to enjoy a vacation on South Padre Island.

David is a friendly person. Loved the duplex always very clean and easy to get to restaurants. Everything you need in the kitchen. Loved the pool area able to relax. Very peaceful.

Place was great. Plenty of restrooms big living room. Nice balconies. Little hard if cant use stairs but overall it was great exactly what we wanted to spend a weekend end in spi

The TV in the living room went out, I let Judith know and she brought one the next morning. She was very responsive to messages and very friendly. Everything we needed, besides our own personal items, was provided. The kids liked the option of swimming in the pool if they didn’t want to walk down to the beach. The water pressure in the showers was amazing! Most places don’t have good water pressure, especially if multiple people are showering. The beds were super comfy, and everything was clean. We will definitely book here again!

This was our second year in row to stay here. When we started looking for a place to stay everyone asked if we could stay here again. Makes traveling less of a hassle when we know exactly where we are staying and what to expect from the place. Would definitely make it 3 years in a row if we go back to South Padre next year.

Everything was as expected. Great location and clean. We were a family of 7 and had a comfortable stay. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Flawless experience. Michael really goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Paired with a super clean and comfortable condo at a great location, and easy/simple check out tasks/instructions, we’ll definitely stay there again if we ever go back to SPI, which we’re planning to do! Simply put, it was perfect!

This is the second time I've stayed with Ashley, and it will not be my last. Friendly neighbors, church across the street, quiet after normal business hours.... everything a traveling professional wants.

Laura was great thruout. She was welcoming when we arrived, dropping off the garage door opener in person. We needed help once and she was responded immediately. It was helpful to have cleaning several times throughout our month-long stay too. Laura also helped us find resources in the area whenever we asked her for recommendations.

Place is great. Clean.comfortable. Well appointed. Spacious.

This is the ULTIMATE So. Padre beach house for a family. The location is a 5 min walk to the beach and a 5 to 15 minute walk to numerous bars & eateries. The big bonuses are all the “little things”: great beach chairs , beach toys, & a wagon to haul them, a cooler with wheels, loads of beach towels, an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off, a very well stocked kitchen (with a stocked snack bar), a fantastic swimming pool, games & TVs everywhere. Our family of 5 sleep very comfortably with excellent central a/c. We plan to stay here again the next time we visit So. Padre.

Excellent host, very responsive, clear instructions and ease of check in. The location is fantastic being right on the water, was able to load / unload my boat and be fishing instantly. Surrounding neighbors very friendly. The house it self was great with plenty of amenities, clean, and plenty of room for the whole family. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend to others.

Carol’s listing matched the photos as advertised. Carol was proactive in providing directions from my direction of travel. Carol’s place is beautiful inside and out. I would definitely recommend!

Fantastic beach house! Comfortable, clean, spacious, with an unbeatable view of the Gulf of Mexico. Access to the beach was as convenient as it gets. They have beach toys & ice chest for use. The ambience and decor was like being in the mind of a deep sea sports fisherman, which was so cool. The owner also offers guided access to their boat for an extra fee for cruising or fishing. I wish I’d noticed this before! I would have loved to arrange this. Next time! I would definitely rent this home again.

This home was very clean, with comfortable beds and linens, and a well stocked kitchen. The layout is great, with bedrooms away from the spacious kitchen, living and dining areas. Having a full bathroom attached to each bedroom (plus a powder room near the gathering space) makes this a great choice for a multigenerational family or multiple families/friends. Enjoyed the outdoor seating areas, where you can view the beautiful pool and listen to the sound of the running waterfall. The location is perfect; a two minute walk to the beach and nearest restaurant/bar, or to catch the free Island Shuttle that will take you around the Island or into Port Isabel. Appreciated the use of the laundry facilities, as well as the beach and pool essentials located in the garage. Richard’s responsiveness to any inquiry was amazing. Overall, a great property!

Great place to stay on a family vacation. Especially Karina is a great host that provides attentive services. Stayed for 3 nights and felt like home. Family enjoyed our mini vacation and would definitely booked again.

Robert was an excellent host and always very easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. Robert goes above and beyond for his renters and we will definitely be booking another stay with him in the future!

Long Island Village is always nice to visit. This home was cute and just what we needed for a quick spring weekend trip.
