Very close to prime shopping, restaurants and the zoo. South Padre Island and SpaceX are also close by. This one bedroom house was completely renovated in 2021. Everything is neat and new. A/C units with heat as well as ceiling fans in every room and a 58" Smart TV / WiFi. Parking on the property just in front of the house.

My daughter and I wanted to spend one more a day of fun in the sun and beach in SPI after a 4 day work trip! And did not want to pay SPI prices just to sleep! This place is just about 1 hr headed back home from SPI (homes 6 hrs away with stops!) so it was a great last minute getaway! Felt like we were Glamping! 😁 she was flexible with check in and met us at the entrance of a safe gated community:) recommend 👍🏼

It was a very nice place. My family and I enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach was only 2min not to far. Unfortunately we didn't get to enjoy the beach since it had alot of tar balls washing up to the shore. But our stay at the house was great our kids and grand kids enjoyed the pool.

Extremely pleased with the place. Was as pictures and description listed. Obvious that the owner maintains and takes pride in the place. We were only 2 people so not having a second bedroom was no issue. Would be tight to have more than 2 people as there would be very limited room to have the sofa bed open. What is lacking in space inside is more than made up for by the beautiful and spacious decks outside. We loved taking the chairs from the upper deck down to the dock area for breakfast or just to sit in the evenings. Emiro responded promptly to a couple of questions upon our arrival. We would DEFINITELY want to book this place again when we return!
