It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). Stay away from the crowded condos and enjoy relaxing in your own beautifully decorated space. The heated pool is HUGE (15x30) and was built new in 2022 along with the hot tub. There is still plenty of soft grassy space in the fenced backyard for your dogs! Inside, the freshly renovated interior is an inviting place to relax. Challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard, or watch the game on the 65" big screen while seated on the luxury real leather sofa.
