Great condo on the beach side of South Padre Island available! Booking guest must be 21 or over and stay for trip. This place has a pool available during daylight hours and is perfect for families. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with third sofa bed that pulls out from sleeper sofa. There is an assigned long parking spot that can fit 2 cars. There is a biking /running trail as well as beach access within a couple hundred feet. No more than 6 guests at any time permitted. (2nd floor)

Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located in the small Fiesta Sol complex close to many amenities and activities of the island. This unit is on the third floor and requires the use of stairs. From the condo you are a less than a five minute walk to the beach via multiple beach access points. You are also within walking distance of the bay side of the island where there are many restaurants, bars, and family friendly activities.
