Il posto molto carino e tranquillo. Abbiamo sfruttato la piscina che è poco frequentata e molto pulita. Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni del nostro viaggio in totale relax e pace. Non ho mai trovato una casa così organizzata : c’era veramente tutto l’occorrente. Come stare nella propria casa! Brava Jo!

Fantastic location - lift access to both street and beach made it easy to get around even with the buggy. Tram stop only a few minutes walk away. Amazing chalet in a picturesque location—mountains, forest, and a starry sky. The chalet also has a beautiful outdoor area with trees, hammocks, a BBQ, and more. The home was clean and had everything we needed. Alexis was very helpful—he brought us a new heater when we needed it. That being said, a few things could be improved: It was very cold inside, so it would be great to have firewood for the fireplace. The sockets in the bedroom didn’t work. There was no rug in the bathroom, so the floor got wet after showering. The blankets weren’t on the bed, so we had to check all the closets to find one. Anyway, everything was amazing, and we would love to come back!

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Dino was heel vriendelijk. De woning was mooi, nieuw, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Extra fijn dat er een hekje geplaatst kon worden voor het zwembad ivm onze peuter. De buitenkeuken, altijd een plek mogelijk in de zon of schaduw, airco, zonwering en horren maakte het perfect. Nogmaals bedankt voor het fijne verblijf.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa avec sa piscine qui est bien grande. La maison était propre et grande pour une famille avec les enfants, point positif pour la télé qui dispose de netflix et d’autres appli idéal pour les enfants. Beaucoup d’endroits à visiter dans les environs proposé par Agatha, très belle région 🙂. Je recommande l’endroit.

Estuvimos en esta preciosa casita durante las navidades, y la verdad es que nos encantó. Tiene una terraza enorme perfecta para hacer una barbacoa, o simplemente tomar un café mientras te da el sol. en verano tiene que ser una pasada con la piscina y las hamacas. Las habitaciones muy grandes y espaciosas, y los baños muy bien, todo nuevo (incluso habían váter con chorrito, algo que nos encantó). El anfitrión fue una persona súper amable y atenta, y estuvo pendiente de si nos faltaba alguna cosa, pero a la vez nos dió nuestro espacio y la intimidad que buscamos. Sin ninguna duda, volvería a este alojamiento sin pensarlo, hemos pasado unas vacaciones maravillosas

No tengo palabras para definir la experiencia, ha sido increíble. Iris es una anfitriona de 10, la amamos!. La urbanización y la casa es de ensueño, tiene una energía especial. En cuanto a la equipación es una pasada, no le falta detalle... no sé, desde secador para pelo rizado hasta sombrilla para la playa!. La urbanización impoluta, los residentes tranquilos, los supermercados a un paso lo cual es súper cómodo (íbamos a pie, 6 minutos) y la calle Diana a 10 minutos andando, en 15-20 minutos estás en Marqués de Campo y el Puerto. La piscina una locura, atardeceres y amaneceres increíbles porque está a los pies del Montgó así que es muy bonito y siempre hay una brisa súper agradable, igual que la temperatura. Estamos ya deseando volver, se queda como nuestro lugar favorito para escapadas. Es un sitio mágico ✨

The apartment is wonderful. The terrace, pool, bedrooms, kitchen and bathrooms are just as described. It is a 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest (great) beach. A big shop right next to the building and some nice restaurants in the market across the street, in case you don’t want to go in the old town. Bus stops right next to the building. There were small issues, but really unimportant: -central air conditioning not working in one of the bedrooms but we just let the door open, -no coffee machine, just an electric kettle, but we boiled the water and made coffee the old fashion way, -the towels could have been newer, -we only had 1 key and had to organize really good for doing things separately from the other couple, -parking spot a little difficult to find. Like I said, minor issues easily solved or ignored. We had a great time, we would definitely stay in the same apartment should we come to Benidorm again. It is perfect for two couples or a family of four-five persons.

we had a lovely weeks stay.. used the pool several times.. really enjoyed chilling in the hammock on veranda over looking the pool.. my only issue was the wifi was pointless.. despite the router showing all signs of life we simply couldn't get any signal we therfore had to use our own mobile data and unfortunately the signal for the area was poor.. ps you will find the hammock in the cupboard in the hall.. and grounds around the pool are pristine.. will book again if we return to Denia..

Pasamos unos fantásticos días en el apartamento de Gregoria. Muy tranquilo con las comodidades y espacio adecuado para nosotros. Todo estaba muy ordenado y el apartamento estaba muy bien equipado (cocina, salón, habitación...). Además, ella siempre estaba accesible para cualquier duda o problema que pudiésemos tener (que no los hubo). Recomendaría encarecidamente su alojamiento a futuros huéspedes.

Nous avons passé un super séjour. L’hôte est réactive, disponible et très gentille. La taille du logement est adaptée pour un couple. La vue sur la mer est sublime et la piscine de l’immeuble est très agréable. La plage est à 5min à pied, c’était un plaisir de se promener la journée comme le soir. Petit point négatif : le logement mériterait un petit coup de rafraîchissement (la baie vitrée était cassée, la douche bouchée, les meubles très anciens, les lits inconfortables…) Nous garderons un bon souvenir de ces vacances :)

Die Heizung funktionierte gut. Vicent begrüßte uns sehr freundlich und war immer erreichbar. Die Absprache vor dem Check in war hervorragend. Man kann das Apartment wirklich sehr empfehlen.

La playa se encuentra a menos de 5 min andando y el centro del pueblo a unos 7 min. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. La pequeña terraza es un lujo para salir por las noches un rato. Wunderschönes Apartment, in dem man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt mit allem was einen angenehmen Urlaubsaufenthalt ausmacht. Sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, ebenfalls bestens ausgestattete Küche und blitzeblank. Äußerst schnelle und stets zuverlässige, hilfsbereite Kommunikation mit dem Koordinator Juan, stets super freundlich. Hier würden wir jederzeit wieder her kommen und haben uns richtig wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ruhige, sehr sichere Lage und dennoch schnell in der Innenstadt. Skyline nicht zu überbieten. Tiptop!

Prima appartement, ruime woonkamer, prachtig groot terras, 2 hele nette badkamers. In de keuken was alles aanwezig, ook spullen om mee te koken (peper en zout, olie en azijn, kruiden). De tuin en het zwembad worden goed bijgehouden en zien er mooi uit. Ik had een fijn verblijf, bij een uitstekende host, ook al had iedereen dit voorjaar pech met het weer in Spanje!

Overall, really good value for money. Nice big space, well-equipped and fast broadband which is what I was looking for. Location-wise it's a few mins walk to the lovely little cove-style beach where you can get the usual coffees, tapas, restaurant meals, a few decent sized supermarkets etc. And if you go the other direction, you're right at the start of Benidorm's two famous beaches. The only point I'd make regarding location is that it's on a smallish hill which I don't mind at all but worth bearing in mind. And it can get v windy -depending on the wind direction, you can hear it at night, so maybe bring earplugs. But in general, the location for me was a big plus - I hadn't realised there's an amazing cliff/beach walk all the way to Villajoyosa and if you're not quite up to that, there are other shorter - but fairly steep - walks with some great viewing points. On this note, it's worth going to floor 43 at the nearby Gran Bali and the viewing platform/bar...

Un apartamento limpio y tranquilo. Plaza de garage comoda para un coche grande. El trato de Beatriz es muy amable y amistoso. Mi estancia fue agradable. Sin dudas recomendable.
