Monthly Rentals in California Island

Close to downtown and way cheaper than the hotels when I booked. I stayed here and walked to a show at "the blue note".

I ended up coming to help my daughter move back at the last minute, and ended up booking a room instead of an entire place. This was a great find for what I needed and Deep was very responsive to all my questions.

Great place to stay! Very comfortable, clean, and in a safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly & available but they leave you alone and give you your privacy. Lindsey was quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Highly recommend. 5 stars!

Ann's place is in a quiet wooded neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. So very quiet but only minutes from columbia. The room has everything you need for your stay in the COMO area with a well thought out design of kitchen, living, and sleeping space. It also has a large back yard with lawn and woods behind for your outdoor enjoyment. Highly recommend!
