Beautiful accommodation with 2 large terraces and a location close to the sea, 50 m from the sea and 150 m from the beach... very clean accommodation with very good quality bedding... beach amenities available to guests. Luca is very accommodating and very responsive. The residence is located about 500 m away. of the center with access by steps, small very quiet city...

Super equipped freshly renovated house in a beautiful location in a pine grove and surrounded by landscaped garden. Fully equipped. Fully equipped for up to 6 people! There is a large brick grill and a wood-burning oven on the property. There is no oven in the kitchen itself. For this a large fridge with large separate freezer. By car or bike, Maladroxia, Coaquaddus and Cala Sapone, Turri as well as the other excursion destinations can be reached quickly. Many thanks to the host Veronica for her courteous manner and quick response to anything that could cause problems. It was a wonderful stay, except for the annoying mosquitoes and brakes. Fabio is a fantastic host. Answers very quickly. He even brought us a hand blender so we could make puree for our baby. The place is very beautiful and comfortable, the garden is fantastic, you have absolutely everything here you need for a perfect quiet vacation. The beaches and the nature is fantastic! Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Pietro’s place. The house is spacious and very well furnished, very conveniently located to explore south of Sardegna. We visited with two young kids and it was perfect for us. Especially appreciated having access to a washing machine and a bed rail for the child bed. Hope to come back!!

Michele is a truly great host and gave some excellent recommendations for local restaurants. If you decide to go to Masainas, which I strongly encourage, stay at Michele's place, you will not regret it!

Great stay! The place is big and clean, the patio is definitely a plus. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town, but in a quiet area, and 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach (Sottotorre). The host was responsive and friendly! Definitely recommended!

wonderful place and sea view in the heart of Carloforte!

We stayed 5 days in Stefania's apartment and we absolutely recommend it if you are looking for a strategic location to get around along the south - south west coast and a comfortable, very quiet and extremely beautiful place to stay. The apartment is located in the context of the main villa, with a separate entrance. We really liked it, it is furnished with great care, very large, the terrace is airy during the day and sheltered from the sun. We particularly liked the bed (very comfortable, you'll sleep well) and the huge sofa equally comfortable. The host Stefania was very attentive to our needs, punctual in communications, gave us excellent and useful tips for visiting places and beaches. Recommended!

Up a steep flight of stairs is this slice of accommodation heaven. Giovanna's apartment is spacious and extremely comfortable and homely. Outside is a lovely verandah over the garden. I loved the full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, sandwich maker and coffee machine. It is the best BnB kitchen we've seen, making meals was a breeze. Santa'Antioco is a beautiful place and Giovanna is a delightful, helpful and receptive host. She does a wonderful job. We would love to return. Highly recommended.

We go to Sant 'Antioco once or twice a year to relax and it is ideal because it is between the waterfront and the center near restaurants, bars, pizzerias, crafts, post offices and an archaeological area.

Carlotta's apartment is simply fantastic! The amenities are great and there is everything you need. Communication was excellent, and you get a lot of helpful information. In addition, everything is within walking distance. Carlotta is a very loving hostess where you can feel completely comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

Antonia was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The accomodations were great and very roomie. The location made it easy to walk to shops and restaurants in town. Thank you Antonia for making our stay enjoyable 😊

I needed peace, and found absolute serenity. beginning of April there is just a few locals. The beach isn't cleaned like lots of Italian beaches, I had my surf / diving boots, so ideal to enter the water. To me this is paradise. The place is huge, and separate bedroom.

The stay was great - top equipped apartment in a quiet area with wonderful sea views. By car, they are easy to reach beautiful beaches on the south coast as well as restaurants and supermarkets, etc. Communication was excellent and the hostess is very nice, flexible and warm. We are happy to recommend this apartment 😊

Very comfortable apartment, newly equipped, nicely decorated, as described, direct walking access to the walkway with viewpoint. Very friendly host, key box code by WhatsApp. Car parking in front of apartment is convenient. It's just a shame that throughout the city there are many houses with kennels, with dogs sometimes barking at night. Bring earplugs.

The place is well located with a nice view overlooking the city towards the harbour. Walking distance to the Main Street and many excellent restaurants. A bit tricky to drive to but follow the signs for the museum, I found that easier. There is not much parking in front of the place but it was easy to park near the cross near the museum maybe 50 meters away. The place is very functional with everything working perfectly. Marieteresa was very responsive and proactive. I had an excellent stay and the food in Carloforte is excellent!! Known for its tuna there are many choices for multi-course menus with wine pairing. I highly suggest you check this out. Thank you Marieteresa.

A short stay at Arianna's where everything went very well. Perfect communication and impeccable accommodation and very well equipped. Ideal for a short stay in the southwest of Sardinia.
