The apartment was clean and the furniture was in very good condition. There was actually everything you need to live. Only the driveway is a bit challenging to drive on. But there are enough ways to park the car downstairs. Communication with Carla was very good. As a welcome gift, Carla had bought fruit and Sardinian pastries. Thank you very much for that.

A home kept with love and care. Stefania and her father Gabriele are two precise and helpful people. The place is wonderful for those who love the beach and the rocks. We had a great time.

The place is really great! We felt very comfortable right from the beginning in Alessandro's small and charming vacation home. A special plus for us was the terrace with the fantastic garden and the view of the Sardinian mountains. We would also like to highlight the kitchen equipment in a particularly positive way. There were several pots and pans, so we could cook very well. Since we were there in mid-April, the nights were a bit cooler. It is therefore great that there is functioning and effective heating in the house on every level. Alessandro is extremely welcoming. As a welcome, we were provided with freshly picked oranges and during the week we received fresh organic vegetables from Alessandro's father, who has his own vegetable field next to the vacation home. So all in all a very nice, quiet and idyllic place to enjoy the time in Sardinia.

Lovely place, Alberto very quick in communication Beach a few steps from the house, for long stays it is the ideal place. Ten minutes from the ferries and the center. I would recommend it.

Andrea's house is in a strategic position to enjoy both the seafront and the many clubs and the upper part of the village with its beautiful and characteristic streets. Andrea, in addition to being super helpful, recommended places and beaches to visit and great places to relax with a good aperitif. She proved to be a great host. Too bad we didn't have more time for an aperitif together. Magnificent experience, Sant'Antioco and Carloforte absolutely to be toured and visited.

🏖️ Our vacation with Francesco was great. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend this stay if you need peace and quiet. 🌄The well-kept property has a beautifully landscaped garden/olive grove. The pool was always very clean and had a pleasant temperature. 🛌 The apartment is large, very clean and easy to keep cool thanks to the airconditioners. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped with equipment. The bed slept wonderfully! 🍳Breakfast is optional. The set table is waiting for you in the shade, with beautiful views. Warm or fresh items were brought as soon as you sat at the table. Everything was delicious! Definitely try the homemade yogurt and the 'beaten eggs'. 📌🏝️Francesco communicates proactively, gives tips related to the area (=a map of Sardinia on which he indicated everything). Francesco respects your privacy and is never intrusive. He is always available via what's app. Everyone is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. 🙏

Beautiful place, large house with beautiful outdoor spaces, Gianna and Francesco are available and friendly. But I struggled to contact them because theǐmely association was difficult to overcome, I had to call three different numbers x get to the real house managers.

Andréa welcomed us by giving us all the check-in instructions via WhatsApp (with bonus photos) very responsive to our additional request for sun loungers I highly recommend this place to those looking for rest and calm in a green environment

There were two of us and we greatly enjoyed our stay here in Gonnesa! We stayed here for a total of 10 nights and fully enjoyed the private swimming pool and the mountainous area. It was a very quiet area, but we found that very pleasant. Extremely beautiful rugged coast and beautiful hiking area. The accommodation was really provided with everything you needed which made it very easy to cook for yourself:) Patrizia was also very helpful and super friendly. I would also really recommend this accommodation if you want to relax in beautiful Sardinia!

Where do we even start! This place is amazing! The villa is huge! We hired both the ground appartment and also the 1st floor apartment. Even though there was 10 of us, it felt very spacious and we didnt feel crowded. The grounds are vast and the pool is massive. It felt more like a small hotel - lots of rooms and lots of space. Francesco was very helpful and accomodating - even though we do not speak Italian and he did not speak English, we managed to communicate without any problems. We had a perfect week at the villa!!

Outstanding locartion with an amazing view. The place has everything you need. Our host was a fantastic.This was our best holiday. You are very close to a beach with sand dunes (ideal to see sunsets) and another beach with a bay where you can snorkel and see different fish. The water is crystal clear.

We were there as a family of four in the fall holidays. It was wonderfully quiet, relaxing and beautiful. The temperatures were always between 22 and 25 degrees, so still perfect for swimming in the sea and beach holidays. When we left, the weather got bad. It was a great stay. The villa is located directly above one of the most beautiful beaches in the region (we checked out some) it is a sandy beach very quiet and little noise and people. There is nothing missing for cooking inventory etc. Everything a family needs. A car is recommended as it is about 10–12 minutes by car from the nearest town of Sant Antioco. But by car everything is very easy to reach. A nice cafe with good cake, fine croissants and very good gelati is in the village 15 minutes by car and is called "Profumo di Caffe" We came back ultra-relaxed and thank Emylie Sergio and Riccardo very much for the hospitality and the welcome gift "Grazie per tutti" we'd be happy to come back.

Valentina's house is very well-located, access is easy. The area is very quiet while being close to the city center and shops. The location of the city makes it very easy to visit nearby tourist places especially the islands. The house is very well equipped, very neat with a lovely garden. We enjoyed being able to have our meals on the terrace. Being able to store the motorcycles in the yard was great too. Valentina's parents are very welcoming and friendly, the stay was very nice.

We stayed in this house from September 5th to 14th. Wonderful! For us the ideal situation: the apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in a settlement very close to the sea. The accommodation is very well maintained, spacious, well ventilated, with very enjoyable outdoor space, surrounded by pine forest. 200 meters away, crossing it, you get to a beach of large stones, with a low rocky bottom for a while, then a deeper step. It is ideal for those who want to stay away from the confusion and enjoy the sea (without disturbing additions). Along the coast there are beautiful walks towards the tower or towards Capo Sperone, meeting other sandy beaches. Beautiful and wild sea, the area (at least in September) is not at all crowded. Special thanks to Serena, her mother and little Edo for welcoming us as family, with a spontaneous and discreet presence, it seemed like we had known each other for a long time. Definitely a place of the heart to return to!

Francesca's house is very nice: everything was clean, nice kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are beautiful. We thought we had two bedrooms available but if you come with 2 people, the separate room is closed. Partly understandable. Francesca was quick to respond to a question I had and resolved it right away. Her parents who live there are perfectly friendly. Her mother received us. We were able to understand each other with a translation app. We needed the air con because it was so hot this week. The supermarket is nearby. We went to the Grotta di Is Suddas, Cagliari and Sant'Antioco. We had a wonderful time in Giba and recommend that house. Thank you Francesca!

The place was extremely welcoming, so much so that it felt at home. The village is very quiet, inhabited by equally quiet and friendly people. The host, Alessandro, is helpful and very kind. The overall experience is very positive.

Antiochus explained to us on arrival all the useful information to enjoy the house and suggested activities and attractions nearby. He was a discreet host allowing us to enjoy our privacy. Good central location of the house with respect to the center of the village, a few streets away.

The accommodation is spacious and located on the heights of Teulada. There are 2 beautiful terraces: 1 private overlooking plantations and 1 common overlooking the hills and village. There is a large shower in the bathroom. Communication was very easy with the host. The bed is not very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet but degraded by trash and bulky items located on the street just below the terrace which gives a very negative image of the neighborhood.
