Josephina was very friendly and punctual. The house is on 3 floors with a space outside where you can eat and private parking space. The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance from Calasetta beach and 5 minutes on foot from downtown. Highly recommended!

Spacious apartment with all the comforts for a very pleasant stay in the fantastic island of San Pietro. In particular, it has the advantage of being within walking distance of the center and having the opportunity to park at the entrance, as well as having the largest supermarket in Carloforte right below the house. Thanks to Salvatore for his hospitality and flexibility!

Anna Lisa was a great host. The apartment is central to everything and walking distance to spiaggia sottotorre. Great place to stay!

wonderful place and sea view in the heart of Carloforte!

It was two weeks in which we had a very good time. Perfect apartment with everything you need for a quiet stay. Very convenient parking space and area for dog walks.

Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. We had a beautiful restful stay at this charming part of Sardinia. So peaceful and the surrounding countryside was stunning. We woke up to beautiful wall to wall blue sky and watched the sun set every night. A very special part of the world . A special thank you to Carlo, who stayed up for a late checkin. A very sweet and kind man. We didn’t want for anything but if we did, we knew he would have been on hand to help. Thank you Carlo.

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Spacious, fresh, clean and welcoming home. Equipped with EVERYTHING and attention to detail. Great location, because it's quiet, but close to the center (walkable in a few minutes). Convenient parking in the streets below the house. Gabriela was a great host. An experience to be repeated.

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in the smallest details by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions to carry out self-check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photos. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the ferry departure is just a stone's throw from the house.

The house is very nice and in a comfortable area, about a 15-minute walk from downtown. It is very easy to communicate with Morena, if you have any questions or information, contacting her by message in a few minutes. The thing I appreciated most is the guide of the recommended places that Morena leaves for each guest, very useful to evaluate the activities to be carried out.

Everything is great, happy to come again!
