The house is located near the historic area of Sant'Antioco, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Basilica of Sant'Antioco, where you will find essential services such as cafés, a convenience store, a produce shop, a fishmonger, and a pizzeria. In a 15-minute walk you can reach the tree-lined course, Via V. Emanuele, our village center. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.
