Perfect place to stay for our company. The centerpiece of the vacation took place under the spacious porch with a huge table, a 10 barbecue, and a very useful outdoor shower under an olive tree. Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! Wow ! This place is an absolute gem! Just totally homely, pool and gardens amazing and loved seeing the turtles! We were able to chat every day via translation app with Ben and Franca what wonderful people! A definite return!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It is very spacious and offers plenty of room to relax. The highlight was definitely the breathtaking view – absolutely stunning. The outdoor space was lovely as well and would have been perfect for spending more time outside, but unfortunately, it was a bit too windy during our stay. Still, we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment and felt very comfortable throughout our visit. Highly recommended!

Clean studio apartment with the essentials for eating and staying a few days. It is about 15 minutes from the port and restaurants by the sea, including about 70 simple steps. Recommended!

We had a great time. The apartment is about 500 meters from the center in a quiet area. It has all the comforts you need. You can eat out. There is a small garden with very comfortable armchairs. I highly recommend it, and the host is very kind.

Maria’s house is around 10 walking minutes to the center of carloforte and has a quite big garden. It is very quiet when we chill in the garden but also not so far away from the town center where all the restaurants and cafe are. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The house itself is very clean, spacious and is well decorated. My husband and I had a quite wonderful time while we are here. Maria and her husband picked us up when we arrived at Carloforte and brought us to her place and they were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her place to couples or family who would like to enjoy a chill time at Carloforte.

Very beautiful house, quiet. The location is conveniently located for exploring the area. The host and the person who takes care of the house are very responsive: we had a problem and it was resolved in less than 30 minutes. Excellent!

Location perfectly fit the description. Casa di Luca is set in a small oasis with perfectly curated greenery enriched by a large pool. The distance from the sea is not a problem thanks to the presence of a large parking lot near the beaches. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability. Recommended location for those looking for a little tranquility just a stone's throw from a dream sea.

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had a really enjoyable stay - the accommodation is in a great location just a short distance outside of central Iglesias. The accommodation is very well kitted out for a self catering stay, very comfortable + quiet. Gianmarco + family were very helpful throughout our stay + very accommodating with our arrival, queries, etc. Would certainly love to visit this area again + highly recommend staying here.
