Vincenza was a wonderful host—kind, attentive, and very responsive. The condo was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the promenade and nearby attractions. I truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again!

This was a very nice experience. It’s an apartment on the first floor of a villa… steps from the water with a beautiful exterior patio. You’re right on a popular beach with restaurants and plenty to do. Idyllic 👍

Alloggio con soppalco in pieno centro, facile raggiungere i principali punti di interesse e ristoranti spostandosi a piedi. Appartamento tranquillo, confortevole e con tutto il necessario per trascorrere qualche giorno di passaggio o anche una vacanza. Host sempre pronto e disponibile anche a soddisfare esigenze organizzative.

L’appartamento è in un ottima posizione, si arriva in cinque minuti a piedi praticamente ovunque e ci sono ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Fabrizio oltre essere molto amichevole , é sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Posto consigliatissimo per soggiornare.

l'appartement de Natalia et le point de départ idéal pour visiter les cinque terre et si l'on veut profiter du bord de mer au calme en fin de journée. vous prenez le bus qui vous amène en moins d'un demi heure a la gare de la spezia pour 4€ A/R par personne. Puis vous circulez en train pour visiter les cinque terre. et vous pouvez même revenir en bateau sur Lerici (20min a pied) On a adoré l'accueil et les conseils de Natalia et de son mari, la place de parking et l'emplacement. A quelques mètres de la plage...

It took a little work to find it, but wow what a reward awaits for those willing to make the effort. Patios with sweeping coastal views surround the entire amazing apartment. If you follow Gianni's instructions, you will get there! My only suggestion would be- bring backpacks or bags you can re-pack and carry from the parking lot if possible. Dragging suitcases along the very narrow/winding path to the apartment was a real challenge. If you are like us, Americans looking to get a taste of Italy away from our fellow countrymen, you couldn't pick a better place than Tellaro. I think we were the only Americans in town for the three days we were there. There are some great beaches nearby, but don't miss swimming off the rocks in town. And if you want to do a day trip to Cinque Terre, don't take the train from La Spezia, take the Cinque Terre boat from Lerici. You'll want to spend time in Porto Venere as well.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Palmira! Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt – ideal zum Entspannen. Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit hilfreichen Tipps versorgt. Auch ihre Familie vor Ort war herzlich. Alles war sauber und gemütlich – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tommaso ist ein netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Bei der Begrüssung hat er uns einen Korb mit Produkten aus seinem Bioladen geschenkt. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, dass es uns Gästen in seinem Haus gut geht. Er hat uns die Gasflaschen für das Warmwasser gewechselt und auf Wunsch die Heizung eingestellt und mehrmals nach unserem Befinden gefragt. Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gefallen, eine top Lage direkt am Meer. Die grosse Terasse und der Essbereich hat uns zum Verweilen eingeladen. Im Haus ist alles zweckmässig im Landhausstil eingerichtet, die Küche klein aber fein, die Schlafzimmer und das Bad genügten unseren Ansprüchen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten unsere Ferien geniessen.Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Castelioncello. Danke Tommaso für alle deine Bemühungen und dein angagietes Auftreten. La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Wir waren nur für einen Zwischenstopp hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Alloggio stupendo e posizione ottima! Vicino sia agli stabilimenti balneari che alla spiaggia pubblica! Alloggio perfetto per visitare Viareggio! Ve lo consiglio!

Wenn Sie bis hierher gekommen sind: Buchen Sie sonst ist die Wohnung vielleicht weg und das wäre wirklich schade!! Der Empfang durch Anna war nicht zu toppen. Es gab auf jede Frage eine Antwort. Es war die sauberste Wohnung in 40 Jahren Urlaub. Kleine Geschäfte für den Tagesbedarf sind sehr nahe an der Wohnung und das Meer ist auch nicht weit. Wir hatten noch nie eine Wohnung mit ausreichend Kaffeepads, Duschgel und Shampoo in beiden Duschen für den kompletten Aufenthalt. Auch an die Klimaanlage ist gedacht. Kurz: Unbedingt buchen!!

La Mansarde is quaint, cozy and perfectly charming. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Cheerful bathroom with HOT shower, perfect after a day of walking the paths along the coast, or a refreshing dip in the sea. We appreciated having the use of beach chairs, and a selection of books. Incredible location, especially given the price. Finally, Diego himself was the perfect host. Warm, welcoming, offered useful suggestions and tips and communicated well. He just serms like a genuinely positive and kind person. 100% would recommend and stay again

Heel fijn Apartement! Komt overeen met de foto’s en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Locatie is top! Om de hoek vind je een bushalte die je naar het station brengt. Terrazza Mascagni is op loopafstand. Ook zijn er verschillende restaurants in de buurt. Zeker aan te raden!

Consiglio a tutti questo appartamento, pulito, ordinato, ampi spazi e praticamente in centro., non manca davvero nulla! Federica è una persona estremamente disponibile e cordiale, super! Grazie Federica e alla prossima!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Appartement sehr genossen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten (Waschmittel, genug Decken, gut ausgestattete Küche). Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand. Zu Fuss sind viele schöne Strände erreichbar, wie auch ein grosser Einkaufsladen und viele Restaurants. Wir werden gerne wieder kommen. 😃

Le logement d’Antonio est incroyable. La situation est parfaite : à quelques minutes à pieds d’une petite plage très mignonne, et à quelques minutes du vieux port dans lequel vous trouverez un super kiosque à huîtres toutes fraîches, un petit bar très sympa avec de bons cocktails, une ambiance vraiment italienne et pas trop touristique. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison et nous souhaitions plus partir ! Un ascenseur permet de relier ce logement sur les hauteurs à la ville, ce qui était parfait car mon copain venait de se faire opérer des ligaments croisés. Nous recommandons le logement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Elena is an excellent host. She was flexible with our arrival time and met us at the apartment. She made sure we were comfortable in the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and close to the beach and promenade. The experience exceeded our expectations. We would gladly return.
