appartamento fantastico, spazi ampi, puliti e luminosi. eravamo in sei persone, tutti molto soddisfatti. letti comodi, fornito di varie cose molto utili. potrei sbagliarmi ma mi è sembrato di non vedere un kit di emergenza che potrebbe essere molto utile.

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

I’ve just returned from a one night stay at Alessandro’s apartment, and it was faultless. The location of the apartment was exceptional. Delicious food spots and bars could be found a few steps away on the same street, but with no disturbance to our stay at all. All of the main Pisa spots to visit were walkable, and it felt very much in the heart of the town, while maintaining the peace and quiet of a residential street. The apartment itself was spotless and very spacious. I was visiting with my parents for only one night, but we genuinely wish we were staying longer to make better use of the apartment and all it had to offer. Alessandro was the ideal host throughout. He always responded in a timely and friendly manner, and was extremely helpful with directions, info on the apartment and local recommendations. I really can’t recommend Alessandro’s apartment enough, for a comfortable stay in Pisa!

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

The place is near train station so you get fast and easily especially if you like to travel and explore other cities. Apartment is big and really fit 6 people with a lot of space. Ideal for big families. The beach is in walkable distance. Place is great, with 3 separate rooms, kitchen and sitting room. Host was very helpful. So for me and my family this place was great especially that it has two bathrooms 😂😁

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

For anyone who wants to experience the peace of the Tuscan countryside while being just a few minutes from Lucca center, book Anna Lisa’s place! Her home is the best of Airbnb, a gorgeous, warm, peaceful opportunity to experience the true dolce vita! She is an exceptional host and her home is truly beautiful. She is a very kind, responsive, and thoughtful host. We stayed with our young toddler son who thoroughly enjoyed running around in her garden. We highly recommend booking here and look forward to when we are able to return!

Lorenzo ist ein sehr netter Typ, äußerst hilfsbereit. Zuerst haben wir seine kulinarischen Selfmade-Willkommensgrüsse genießen dürfen, grandios! Eine große Hilfe war der selbstverfasste Tourist Guide mit seinen persönl. Tipps zu den Highlights aus der Nähe aber auch aus umgebenden Regionen. Auf einem Kamm, in einem wunderschönen Grundstück liegt die hübsche Small Villa, die nur durch ihre verträumte Lage im Hang äußerlich klein wirkt. Innen ist sie sehr geräumig mit hohen Zimmerdecken und durch die großen Glasflächen vom Licht durchflutet. Viel Grün ringsum (z.Zt. mit herrlichem Farbenspiel u. Duft vom Blauregen). Premium ist der Ausblick von der Terrasse - ich habe mich aber in den Blick vom Tor in das nordwestl. Tal verliebt. Die 10 Schritte sind ein ‘must have’ bei Sonnenuntergang. Ob Meer, Florenz oder San Gimignano - nix weiter als ne Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wer Ruhe abseits der Touris sucht, dem sei San Miniato unbedingt ans Herz gelegt. Unbedingt Buchen! A little piece of heaven on earth. Honestly, if you wanna get away from the crowds for some peace and quiet after touring, this place is a delight. You will be breathless as you approach the property and feel incredibly spoiled to even know that a place so beautiful exists. It is off the beaten track but very close to a small village that has three restaurants and a couple of small stores. I walked down to the village and we had a delightful dinner there at a family restaurant. It is also about a 20 minute drive to Luca or to Pisa so really centrally located so you can get back to touring but then come away and it’s remarkable. The lodgings are so cute and comfortable. It’s hard to leave once you get there. A spacious bed room for the parents, a small loft for a child or teen and a pullout bed in the kitchen that is easy to put away during the day. The bathroom was beautiful, nice big shower, the host gifted us wine and juice. You will be bragging you were able to stay in such a place!

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

We had a lovely stay at Heide’s place. The apartment was exactly as it appeared, decorated and furnished to a very high standard. There was so much space both inside and outside on the terrace, and it felt like a very elegant experience. Heide accommodated our requirements when travelling with our baby daughter which helped us to have a wonderful vacation.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

Host disponibilissimo, l’appartamento è situato vicino alle mura il che lo rendo facilmente raggiungibile anche durante i giorni di fiera del Lucca Comics. Consigliato fino a 6 persone per dimensione, molto bella la terrazza esterna per rilassarsi la sera o far la colazione la mattina.

Assolutamente consigliato! Posizione perfetta con vista sulla terrazza, che regala splendidi tramonti. Appartamento come da descrizione, non manca praticamente nulla. Martina e il suo babbo sono stati molto disponibili e reattivi nella comunicazione. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

Super impressed with Elisa’s place… it was clean, modern, had everyone you needed and in a great location. In between a large range of restaurants and cuisines to choose from, 13min walk to the tower of Pisa and sites. 15min walk to the Central station. 15min by taxi from the airport. Great base to travel to spend the day in Cinque Terre or Florence ( which we did and highly recommend ! ) and, coming home to a quieter more relaxed town, without the busy crowds, was such a highlight!! Elisa was friendly, knowledgeable and super responsive whilst answering my many questions, so so helpful!! Made our experience all the better… Honestly, don’t waste your time looking anywhere else, this place and location has it all and trust me, I do my research 😁 Enjoy Pisa !

L'appartamento è davvero ben organizzato e attrezzato di tutto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua, birra e ghiaccioli per noi, oltre a un vassoio di brioche appena sfornate. Rachele è stata molto disponibile e gentile al check-in. L'alloggio è vicinissimo al mare, che si raggiunge in pochi metri. La spiaggia libera è spaziosa e i cani sono ben accetti, anche ad agosto. Di fronte alla casa ci sono supermercato, gelateria, negozio di casalinghi, bar, pasticceria, ristorante e spaghetteria. Quindi puoi parcheggiare l'auto nel posto riservato e riprenderla solo per andare via! Siamo stati bene con la nostra bambina e la nostra barboncina, e consigliamo questa casa. Solo una piccola pecca il prezzo, piuttosto alto sebbene fosse la settimana di ferragosto

This is one of the best Air BnBs that we have stayed in, very well designed and kept up. Although in an ancient building, the apartment was the most thoughtfully designed for comfort and utility. There is very little that could possibly be added to improve it. The location for us was the best. It was very near the center of the city, but far enough away to be extremely quiet. We especially enjoyed the use of the bikes, and completely circled the town on the Mura, a unique experience maybe in the world. The 15th Century creation of a Green Space outside the walls was more than inspired, and allows Lucca to remain Lucca. Leandro was kind to help with our baggage and was always available when needed.

Grazie Mille Super Luigi 😉!! Nous venons de passer un formidable séjour à Viareggio avec ma femme et nos 2 enfants. Et l’appartement proposé par Gianmarco y est pour beaucoup !! Le bien est propre et très fonctionnel, suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes! Une situation géographique d’exception! A quelques mètres de la promenade principale qui longe les magnifiques plages de Viareggio et ses bagnos par dizaine. Des restaurants exceptionnels comme le « Pivot bistro di mare » ou « l’Amaro » sont à quelques mètres! Et que dire de la communication de Gianmarco qui a été de très bons conseils et qui a toujours su se rendre disponible selon nos besoins! Nous recommandons « 1000 fois » ce bien pour passer de très belle vacances toscanes à Viareggio!! À très bientôt Gianmarco (Super Luigi)
