Die Unterkunft von Alessio war nahezu ideal für unsere Strandtage in der Toskana. Supermarkt und gute Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Tolle Sandstrände sind nur ein paar Fahrminuten entfernt. Den Strand in Marina di Pisa haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir waren durchgängig am freien Orange Beach in Tirrenia. Die Ausstattung war hervorragend. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Kommunikation und Hilfsbereitschaft von Alessio! Einziger Negativpunkt sind die sehr laut schließenden Eingangstüren des Hauses und der Nachbarwohnung. Das stört aber nur, wenn die Couch als zweites Bett genutzt wird. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und danken Alessio für seine Gastfreundschaft!

L’appartamento è in un ottima posizione, si arriva in cinque minuti a piedi praticamente ovunque e ci sono ottime possibilità di parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Fabrizio oltre essere molto amichevole , é sempre disponibile per informazioni e consigli. Posto consigliatissimo per soggiornare.

We had a very nice stay at Alessio's place. It was very easy to get in. The videos he provided before our arrival were really great and helpful. The flat inside is very modern. I can only recommend this place for a visit of Pisa Tower and the surroundings.

Myself and my husband had an amazing stay at Emiliano’s home. It was definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed in , we didn’t want for anything the house was fully equipped, the view from the terrace was outstanding . Quercinella is a beautiful village right beside the sea , which is just a small 10 minute walk from the house . Emiliano and Alessandro gave us fantastic recommendations and lots of information which helped us a lot . I would definitely recommend this Airbnb . We hope to stay there again in the near future . The apartment was amazing! Perfect location, and Matteo the host was incredible! Let’s start with how clean the apartment was – everything smelled wonderful and felt fresh. The location was right in the city center, within walking distance of everything, and there was even parking right under the building. Matteo also helped us get a permit to park on the street, which was very thoughtful and not something we expected. Matteo was super communicative and friendly. He gave us lots of great recommendations, welcomed us personally at the apartment, and explained everything we needed to know about the city. We were pleasantly surprised and would absolutely recommend this apartment to everyone! Also worth mentioning – the air conditioning worked perfectly, the TV was great, and there was delicious tea and coffee waiting for us. All in all, it was an amazing experience!

Lovely apartment. The lounge /dining area was much bigger than it looked in the photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and the whole place had a nice homely feel. The area was very quiet and residential. It was early in the season so some restaurants not open. Bagno Mary was lovely and we had a relaxing afternoon there. Good location for trips to Lucca, Pisa and countryside and seaside around.

Such a beautiful place with even better hosts! They made us feel so welcomed, and gave us AMAZING recommendations for dinner!

Monica et Marco sont des hôtes charmants. L'appartement est idéalement situé avec un joli jardin, proche du centre ville, excellent point de chute pour visiter Florence, Pise, Sienne etc. L'appartement est d'une propreté irréprochable, spacieux, fonctionnel, confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. We enjoyed our time in Lucca and are very grateful to our host Vanessa who was so kind and helpful. She kept in contact in the lead up to our arrival and was willing to be available to answer any questions during our stay , responding quickly on the occasion we needed to ask a question. She was available to show us around this beautiful accommodation which is a huge benefit . She provided a list of local recommendations which we used and were always happy and impressed by her suggestions. The accommodation is in a perfect location within the walls of the old town but only 15 mins walk from the station.On one of the many old and beautiful cobbled streets. The accommodation itself was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful terrace and fully equipped. We will definitely return and would recommend to our family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was fantastic! As a couple needing a break from a long start to the year, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax. Nestled in between fields and olive trees, we felt completely at home, the view from the deck was stunning and listening to the different sounds at night, from our private hot tub with a bottle of wine was perfect! We made several day trips to Volterra, Lucca and even Florence from the cabin, though definitely wake up early if you’re planning to venture further out! Would definitely recommend hiring a car if you’re going to stay here! 10 out of 10 stay! Thanks Pino!

Really cute and spacious apartment in a nice location. It was very clean, quiet, and close to everything. Bed was comfortable, shower was great, nice towels, two televisions, full-length mirror, umbrella, and a very tiny washing machine. About a 20-minute walk from the train station but pretty difficult rolling heavy luggage on uneven pavement, so I was happy there was bottled water in the fridge. Had to climb about 12 steps to the apartment. There was a small issue with the wifi being out for a few hours, but it was resolved fairly quickly. Nicola was very responsive to all my questions.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend fantastico in questo appartamento centralissimo a Livorno! La posizione è davvero ideale: a pochi passi dal mercato centrale, dai canali della Venezia Nuova piazza Mazzini e con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. L’appartamento è moderno, pulitissimo e arredato con gusto. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, il letto comodissimo e il bagno spazioso e impeccabile. Il check-in è stato semplice e l’host è stato estremamente disponibile e cordiale, fornendoci consigli utili su cosa vedere e dove mangiare in zona.

Wunderbare Unterkunft an top Lage! für Leute mit Hunden ideal, man kann die Hunde vom Meer aus auf der Terrasse sehen, sehr gemütlich und privat. Toller Strand, schöne Atmosphäre. Marina ist sehr herzlich und hat alles gegeben damit wir einen tollen Aufenthalt haben. Wau Beach extra für Hunde in der Nähe.

Wir haben zu zweit mitte Mai Donatellas Mini-Appartment elf Tage bewohnt und uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Auf ca 20m2 alles vom Feinsten und sehr sauber. Mit dem Leihwagen besuchten wir von dort aus Livorno , Pisa,San Giminiano, Volterra, Lucca und Florenz. Dazwischen genossen wir Ruhetage auf der schönen Terrasse. Donatella empfahl uns ihren Strandabschnitt 'Lido di Tirrenia" ,wo wir Strandtage unter ihrem Sonnenschirm/Stühle verbrachten. Wir lieben das Landleben und empfehlen die 'Oase des Friedens ' uneingeschränkt weiter.

We had a great time in Lido Di Camaiore. Iacopo's appartment is superb. Located one block from the beach (literally 2 minutes), it was ideal to walk to and from the beach. From the penthouse appartment, you have a great view on the Ocean and the beach. It's comfy with 2 full bathrooms and 2 large rooms. The pictures are representative of the appartment. Thanks!

casa molto carina come nelle foto dotata di ogni necessità. l area del balcone è molto piacevole e riservata, con idromassaggio ad uso esclusivo. in zona c è un po di tutto e Marco è molto gentile e disponibile. torneremo sicuramente.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt mit unseren Kindern sehr genossen. Man konnte in der ruhigen Umgebung wunderbar entspannen, während die Kinder gern auf dem Gelände gespielt haben. Die Unterkunft war liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man Ruhe etwas abseits vom städtischen Trubel sucht.

Wir waren von der Unterkunft, dem wunderschönen Städtchen Peccioli (!!!) und der tollen toskanischen Umgebung begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist super und es fehlt an nichts... die Betten sind gemütlich, die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und in der wunderschönen Grotte haben wir nach ereignisreichen Tagen relaxed. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top... Florenz, Pisa, Livorno, Lucca... alles problemlos innerhalb einer Stunde mit dem Auto erreichbar! ...und Alessandra haben wir zwar nur kurz bei der Anreise getroffen, aber das war sehr nett und alles unkompliziert! Auf jeden Fall volle fünf Sterne und eine klare Empfehlung!!! So geht Toskana 👍

Voor de derde keer mochten we verblijven in het Family Guest house bij Andrea en zijn familie, de ontvangst was zoals gewoonlijk gastvrij en liefdevol. We hebben hier een paar dagen gewerkt en ook daarvoor is het een uitstekende locatie. Verder is het huis een prima uitvalsbasis voor een wijntour, bezoek aan de mooiste plekken en steden in Toscane en het ligt een kleine drie kwartier van de kust. Een toplocatie!

Erg mooi appartement , leuk ingericht met een heel groot terras met jacuzzi en mogelijkheid om in schaduw te zitten. Heerlijk om af te koelen na dagtochtjes. Was er heerlijk vertoeven. Bakker, groentewinkels en paar kleine supermarkten in de buurt en oude centrum van Lucca op Loopafstand. Fijne douche en goed bed. Prima airconditioning. Gratis parkeren op paar honderd meter afstand en voor de deur ook mogelijk tegen kosten.

Es war eine rundum tolle Erfahrung in einer wunderschönen Unterkunft mitten in der Natur der Toscana. Der Kontakt im Vorfeld der Reise war unkompliziert und es gab eine genaue Beschreibung für die Anreise. Vor Ort hat uns Marcella bestens empfangen und uns viel über die Unterkunft und Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung in der Umgebung erzählt. Gute Restauranttips waren auch dabei. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und schlicht eingerichtet und wird um eine eigene kleine Terasse ergänzt, auf der man morgens in der Sonne sitzt. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und empfehlen dieses Airbnb wärmstens! :)

Beautiful, spacious Airbnb. It comes with everything you can think of like laundry soap, arrangement of spices and food containers in the kitchen. It is the attention to detail and the responsiveness from Andrea that sets it apart. Very central location and a short walk to the train station. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Airbnb.
