Directly across the street from the house is a small supermarket. The beautiful beach bays of Cala Selena and Cala Ferrera are a 5-minute walk away, the marina of Cala d'Or is about 10 minutes. drive or 1/2 hour walk. In the pedestrian zone of Cala d'Or there are restaurants, boutiques and souvenir shops.

It's just a few meters to the ocean, and the nearest beautiful bay is about 500 meters. The marina of Cala D'Or and the center can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
