Vacation rentals in Cala Sant Vicenç

We had a wonderful week in Joan's beautiful apartment. Top: the location is really a 2 minute walk to the beach and multiple good/ nice restaurants/ coffee bars. Also view over the sea and the mountains from the roof terrace and balcony. In front of the house there is a large clean playground, during the day it is a very cozy hangout for parents and children, you can hear that in and around the house, but did not bother us. It was actually always quiet around 8:30pm. The apartment is much bigger than the pictures on airbnb suggest! There are two very comfortable cozy bathrooms with soap and lots of towels and a large kitchen with lots of utensils. Also, there are some beach attributes in the basement. The only downside for us was the two single beds instead of a double bed. The mattresses are also a bit saggy. In short, the apartment is really highly recommended! Tip: a stair gate for the little kids would make the house even more child-friendly

Our stay at Francisca’s place was lovely. Nice home for our stay in Alcudia, lots of space inside and out. Good location walkable to the beach and locals shops and restaurants. Great communication throughout from Francisca, thank you for having us!

Wow is all we can say! The views from the home are absolutely some of the most beautiful in the world. If this home is available for the dates your looking at, book it immediately - you will not regret it!

The place was with very good location, beautiful view to the river and the sea in a short walking distance. Barbara was very helpful and it was easy to find the place. Own parking space was an extra + with us having a car. The pool was great and and air-condition in every room also very useful. The place was very clean and all the necessary things were there. I recommend highly +++.

I really loved my stay in Biniaraix and the apartment was perfect. Beautiful surroundings and the perfect hideaway.

We spent a long weekend in Alcudia with our extended family. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms David’s villa is very spacious. Central air conditioning in every room, blackout blinds, ample storage and comfortable beds. Very child friendly, even with a bunch of toys and beach/swimming gear. Kitchen had all we needed, including cooker; dishwasher, bit fridge and freezer. And nice location too. Plenty of parking, walking distance to the beach and only a short drive away from various restaurants and supermarkets. David helped with a lot of recommendations too. We’re definitely coming back.

Joan's place perfectly matched what we were looking for to enjoy the island of Mallorca. The accommodation itself is very spacious, in perfect condition, with all amenities (2 bathrooms, a washing machine ...). We particularly enjoyed the bedding, very comfortable! In addition, its location is ideal to be able to reach the different tourist areas of the island (less than1 hour from the four corners of the island), while being in a peaceful village. Maria is lovely host who is always available, responds quickly and has good reccomendations for Restaurants etc. We arrived on a public holiday and she has done some shopping for us :) The house is big and has a fantastic view. You can walk 2 minutes to the sea.
