Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cala Sant Vicenç

We had a wonderfully quiet vacation. The house is located in the small village of Betlem and was a great starting point for excursions and hikes. We especially liked the coastal hiking trail to two turquoise bays. It starts almost behind the house. Unfortunately, the village of Betlem is shaded behind a mountain range and now in autumn the sun only appeared later in the morning. In the village, there is a mini supermarket with fresh rolls in the morning. In summary, it can be said that we lacked nothing in our short vacation.

Thank you for your concern upon arrival and to offer the accommodation so cared for. We felt very comfortable both in the house and in the garden. The house had the necessary amenities. In advance, we were sorry that the stay was only available for a week. In retrospect, we certainly regret it. The location, the view, the tranquility, the private parking, everything close to... were a great added value for us. We also noticed a good base for cycling tourism. Nice and cozy, all you need for a family time. Great place for relax and quiet time. friendly and private host, clear communication and instructions.

You will certainly not be disappointed or want for anything in renting this home away from home. Miguel is a very personable host that makes it his business to greet his guests on arrival and departure. He is very prepared and ready to welcome you. The house is in an excellent location and very close to the main square or downtown area of Santa Margalida, where you can dine in or take out from restaurants, bars or coffee shops. In addition, there's a grocery & butcher shop as well. Street parking is offered. The house comes with all amenities listed and is in pristine condition. There are several outdoor patios for dining. Miguel welcomed us with a fridge full of assorted drinks, dessert and a bowl full of fruit from his own land. Several of the best beaches are at most 15mins away. This property is an excellent find. I recommend Can Valenti 100%. I have decided this is my home away from home when I'm in Mallorca.

We had a very nice week at Toni's house. Everything was very well prepared and the fruit bowl to welcome you was super delicious. The location is very quiet and at the same time Port de Pollenca or Pollenca can be reached in 5 minutes by bike or car. We will be happy to come back. 😃

Marga was an excellent host. Her communications with us were very good. She left us some welcoming food- empanadas, fruit and some wine. The house is lovely with nice terraces and a small pool. Parking nearby was safe and convenient. Petra is ideally situated in the centre of the island so it is easy to visit anywhere. We would definitely recommend Marga and would certainly visit again

A fabulous apartment that was very spacious for 5 adults . The quality of the bathroom and towels provided was excellent. As good as any 4* hotel . Having Astrid on site was very reassuring . I would highly recommended Alexia Apartments.

We were welcomed by the owner Maria with Spanish treats and very nicely instructed in the apartment on the seventh floor (there is an elevator). Thanks again for that! The view over the bay is fantastic. On the large terrace you have shaded areas at any time of day even without an umbrella or awning. In bad weather (short heavy showers), the stay inside is also very pleasant because spacious. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach chairs and beach toys are available. In the evening, live music is made in a restaurant next door from 21/22 - midnight. When the windows are closed, however, you can sleep well. We enjoyed the stay in the apartment very much and would come back again.

Very comfortable apartment just a short walk to the beach. We spent one night there, it was a pleasant stopover. Emanuela is very responsive and accommodating.

The apartment was exactly as described and seen in the photos. The place was very easy to reach by car from Palma airport (about 45 min) and the "own" parking space in the courtyard of the apartment complex was extremely convenient, although parking spaces would have been easy to find in the area. From Alcúdia, we explored the entire island by car - the location and the proximity to the highway and the expressways was very convenient for this. The beach is really only a few minutes' walk (<5) from the apartment - so if you like to go to the beach quickly and often, you are well served here.

I want to commend Mike on being a wonderful host and providing a welcoming place with a perfect location. Sitting on the expansive balcony looking out at the sea, being able to walk to incredible hiking trails, and a close car ride to experience great sightseeing were highlights. We were there during off-season and many restaurants and stores in the area were closed but it did not distract from our thoroughly enjoyable stay.

We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back someday!

My mate and i stayed here for a week’s cycling. This was a great location, close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the sea front. The flat was spotless and very well equipped but also had extras which are not always included - a number of dishwasher tablets and a few washing machine pods. We really enjoyed our time and both felt it was great accommodation. One piece of feedback we would give was the Wi-Fi was clearly fluctuating when used in the lounge, sometimes great, other times dropping out. Also and perhaps more importantly, it only worked in the lounge near to the booster. it didn’t work at all in either bedroom and was a pain. That said we had a great week and the apartment was perfect….just perhaps review the Wi-Fi. Many thanks for a great trip.

Perfect stay by the beach!

The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, ideal for families with children. Everything was clean, tidy. Plenty of towels for all guests and even towels for the beach! For children, beach toys, also umbrella and sun loungers. Quiet location close to the beach, at the same time minutes on a street full of shops, bars and restaurants. Bel responds immediately to messages. We will definitely be back!

everything was perfect. the only comment I have is that Cristobal doesn't keep any consumables. not even salt or tissues. so you need to run for shopping as soon as you arrive.

The apartment is in a very nice location with very nice neighbors The view from the balcony is incredibly beautiful - perfect for breakfast. We would definitely recommend this place!

We had an amazing 4 week stay. Very child friendly and spacious apartment. The outdoor area and pool were widely used. Had everything we needed. Jasmina was nice to communicate with and responded quickly to messages. Would love to come back!

It was just fine to stay at Maxim's apartment. His son Akim showed us the apartment and gave us helpful information for our first day in Alcudia. Heating was still needed, and it worked fine. We can recommend this apartment and might visit again.

Xisco’s place was perfect as a base to explore the area. He was very helpful when we asked for recommendations for e-bike hire. The apartment is perfect and we would certainly stay there again next time we are in Mallorca. Brilliant, thanks Xisco.

The appartment is a wonderful getaway for families. Very spacious, clean and with wonderful views of the Tramontana mountais. Location was perfect for us, in a quiet neighbourhood yet very short walk to the beach, promanade and restaurants. Great and very timely communication with the host. We very much appreciated and enjoyed a little welcome gift.
