Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

In a very quiet and silent street our cosy 3 double bedrooms and one studio our house has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Lovely sunny patio with pool and a nice games room with log burner to enjoy it even during winter evenings. I am a mum of 4 so I care very much about your kids. The house is an exclusive place situated less than 1 mile away from Deià, 500yd from Llucalcari and 4 miles from Soller. It is situated in a privilege place called Serra de Tramuntana. The mountains of Serra de Tramuntana were the only candidate in 2011 and has been chosen by UNESCO for its scenic, cultural, historical and ethnic values. The house has big windows and an old "balaustrada" in the terrace, for this reason the kids are not allowed

Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

This beautiful property is located next to the picturesque village of Campanet, You can reach the city in a pleasant 15 min walk. Not far away is a sports centre and tennis court. This is a comfortable country house for 4 people, it has been completely restored recently, combines contemporary design with comfortable and elegant furniture with traditional looks.
