You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Upwards, in the second floor 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are available. Please be aware that the access to the property via staircase might be tough for elderly people or guests with babies or very little children. This is however, one of the many beauties of the property that makes it exclusive and private.
