Apartamento reformado en 2024 con piscina privada a 350 metros de la cala Advocat y 500 metros de Cala Baladrar. Playas de agua cristalina para tomar sol, nadar, hacer snorkel y disfrutar de las vistas. Piscina de 8x4 metros y terraza de uso exclusivo para ti. Puedes acceder a pie a Cala Advocat y Cala Baladrar, dejando tu coche en nuestro parking. Si no tienes coche hay transporte publico que pasa frente a la Villa. A partir de julio 2024 tenemos un nuevo supermercado Aldi a 100 metros!

La casa. La casita (construida entre 1910- 1920) es una de las pocas construcciones de estilo mediterráneo tradicional de la zona que se ha conservado y no se ha derruido con el fin de construir bloques de apartamentos. El espíritu de la casa es humilde y sencillo aunque, desde el primer momento en que cruzas la verja de entrada, te invade su esencia acogedora y única. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.

( La maison et la piscine, ont la vue sur la mer) " La maison avec ses 2 appartements, est uniquement pour vous ! Il n'y a pas d'autres locataires " - Pas de fêtes !

Cozy apartment with independent entrance- half of the private villa. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Best suits for one couple. Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.

The Hacienda Benissa has been renovated with all modern comforts but retaining the authentic warm atmosphere of a hacienda. The house is spacious and is located in a mature tropical garden, screened off by a 2 meter high wall, full of surprising cozy sitting areas. Important: 40 % Discount !!! During the winter months of January-February-March-November and December, only the main part can be rented at a 40% discount for max. 6 persons.

This sustainable eco-villa with fantastic sea views is perfectly situated between Moraira and Calpe, along the best cycling routes and the coastal footpath "Paseo Ecológico", within a quiet and picturesque landscape and within walking distance to the sea. Please note that during the months of November 2025 and February 2026 we only accept bookings of more than 10 days, thank you.
