Apartment renovated in 2024 with a private pool 350 meters from Cala Advocat and 500 meters from Cala Baladrar. Crystal clear water beaches for sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling and enjoying the views. 8x4 meter pool and terrace just for you. You can walk to Cala Advocat and Cala Baladrar, leaving your car in our parking lot. If you don't have a car, there is public transportation that passes in front of the Villa. Starting July 2024, we have a new Aldi supermarket 100 meters away!

Cozy apartment with independent entrance- half of the private villa. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Best suits for one couple. Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
