Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! We searched for months for the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Tuscany- and we found it! This house is located a nice distance from Lucca, Cinque Terra, Pisa and Florence. However- the house and grounds were so beautiful that we were always torn about staying home or going exploring. We spent mornings at the pool and evenings adventuring. Andrea was a warm and kind host, always helpful. We had plenty of room for two adults and three young kids. We are beyond grateful to have gotten to spend time in this special place. Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

A great place for those who seek greenery, peace and quiet. Beautiful garden with many different places to sit a d a good sized swimming pool. At night you hear only birds, insects and wild pigs which ve ture looking for food. So not for faint hearted :) Apartment has everything that is needed and the bed is very comfy. Hosts are very nice and helpful. A great place in the countryside, recommended!

We hade a nice stay, the is house fully equipped and the location in the middle of the forest is very beautiful.

Very nice House and Pool!

Host support was impeccable! We were very well taken care of. Getting there to the house is a bit adventurous as described. However, the journey is very well described and we were able to find the house without a pribleme. After arrival you will be compensated with a large private parking, a house in a very quiet location, a magnificent and idyllic view and a large pool. Everything looks exactly like the pictures! If you are looking for relaxation, you will find it in this accommodation. Eating out and shopping is a 15 minute drive away. We highly recommend this house. 🥰

Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

We had a wonderful time in Vittoria's house in this fantastic location. Although we had so many difficulties getting there and only arrived at night (flight delayed and highway closed), her husband greeted us very kindly and showed us around the house. Vittoria was always super quick to respond and always helped us (e.g. turned on the heating when it suddenly got cold). Highly recommended!

We just spent 3 weeks visiting various parts of Italy. The last 5 days were spent here. This cottage was our favorite stay of the entire trip. Gorgeous setting. Up on a mountainside with beautiful views. The gardens were on several terraces. Lots of fun to explore and peaceful to just chill. Although it’s wonderfully isolated, it’s only a 15 minute drive to Prato and a 25 minute train ride from Prato to Florence. Our host, Filippo, was gracious and very communicative.

Beautiful, clean and well-maintained villa. Equipped with everything. Very nice and well organized outdoor green area and swimming pool. A great solution for those who want to spend time with friends and family in maximum relaxation and privacy. Very kind, helpful and nice owners. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely stay in this pretty little village. The accommodation is very clean, nothing is missing. Carla is very available and welcoming. There's even a small grocery bar in the village. The bedding is good too. I recommend… thanks again for our stay.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.
