One of the best experiences we have ever had with Airbnb. Great hosts always helpful and accommodating. We had few changes to our reservation and they were beyond helpful. If coming back to Viareggio I will not stay anywhere else. If there would be 6 star ratings that’s what I would give them. Thank you for the great experience.

Great place to stay with almost brand new equipment. Vanessa answered very quickly to all of our questions gave us a very nice welcome to Lucca!

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

The appartment is located in a quiet area roughly 5 minutes walk to the city walls. Text and pictures provided an accurate description of the appartment. We had everything we needed for our 4 days in the appartment and there are shop and restaurants in the area. Great value for a stay in Lucca.

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

A breathtaking stay & an accommodating host!

Nice and spacious accommodation close to town and beach. Paolo was a nice host who was easy to deal with.

Alessia's apartment is perfect! The proximity to the center, the sea and the services makes it ideal for a stay in Viareggio. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms are also comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with every accessory…. I would definitely go back.

The apartment was very large and cozy. Nothing was missing, better than my home! Super equipped kitchen, basic necessities present and even more. We also found some welcome gifts that we really appreciated! Gianluca is very nice and helpful. This is my first time booking through Airbnb and I can say I was very satisfied! We also had our dog (7 month old Labrador) with us for the first time and there were no problems. Very available on this side too. I'll definitely go back to Gina's place if I go back to the area. Linda is a great host and was very helpful with information about the area which made our stay so much better, enabling us to get into Florence easily. The view from the property was beautiful and we could see San Casciano on the hill top. We loved watching the hot air balloons float in the mornings, as the mist cleared from the trees, and had lots of amazing photo opportunities. The place was very quiet, a few hundred metres down a gravel track, well away from any main roads. The kitchen was well equipped with good pots and pans, chopping boards, sharp knives, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster etc.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

Very clean and cute apartment, nicely set-up. The private and enclosed parking is a great addition, plus it gives a small playing area for kids. Andrea was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would gladly come back if we find ourselves in Lucca again.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

The location was not a problem for us, one train stop or 15-20 minutes bus from the historic center. The area is nice, quiet and safe. The apartment is better than in the description, it is good for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children). It is modern and functional, a bathtub/jacuzzi that was appreciated after sightseeing. It had a coffee machine, tea, everything you need for cooking (olive oil, condiments, etc.) and also a dishwasher and a washing machine that we didn't use because we were only there for 2 days. And they welcomed us with a large basket of fruit and Italian white wine. We'll definitely be back!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

The rental was for two nights. Many thanks to the hosts of this beautiful house for creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation! The apartment is beautiful, interestingly decorated, large, bright, clean, on the second floor, the entrance is separate. It is possible to rent for a large family or several families, there are additional rooms. Nice smell of the room. Everything is thoughtful. Comfortable large double bed, bed linen, bedside tables with night lamps, TV, wardrobe. The kitchen is huge. All necessary utensils. The bathroom is large, clean. Towels, hygiene products. Shower with bath. Parking is convenient close to the house. Few minutes to the bakery, where they cook right in front of you incredibly delicious bread and pizza, fresh food. People are helpful. Very nice atmosphere! Very fresh air!

We had a wonderful vacation and I would highly recommend this place. To really enjoy it, you should arrive by car, as it is surrounded by nature and somewhat secluded. However, this is a great advantage, because the surrounding landscape is beautiful and invites you to explore and enjoy. It offers a great contrast to the days when the nearby cities and tourist attractions are visited.

Very easy to explore Lucca from this location. Supernice roofterrace and jacuzzi. All you need in a few square meter, fits with two children!
