House vacation rentals in Buti

My wife and I stayed at Marco’s for a week for our honeymoon. We both loved it. Pool was beautiful and peaceful. The property is fantastic the pictures don’t do it justice. As amazing as it looks in the photos it is 1000 times better in person. The front gate made everything feel so secure. Walking up the steps to the guest house we were hit with a nice floral smell with all the daisies growing everywhere. Such a peaceful and beautiful property. The view was stunning looking over the mountains. The place was perfect. The kitchen was everything we needed and more, the pull out couch allowed us to relax and watch tv at the end of the night. The patios were perfect for coffees and meals. And the bed was nice and comfortable. Marco left a flower pedal heart on the bed for us which was a nice personal touch. We met his parents (who stay in the main house) they were very kind and gave us our privacy. There was lots of information about the area and things to do. Wish we stayed longer

Vi havde en fantastisk uge. Sov godt hver nat, til hanegal som kun var hyggeligt. Vi fik æg fra hønsene hver dag. Og pool blev fyldt op med vand, selvom det var udenfor sæson. Vi følte os helt private og nød den skønne have og terrasse der var på stedet. Næste gang vi skal til Toscana, vil vi bo her igen. Susanne, Danmark.

The location is breathtaking, you can see all the nearest town and admire the brighter stars during the night. The house was on ground floor, with a big patio and a BBQ, kitchen and room were both large, spacious and confy. The best place for a relaxing and comfortable stay. we will be back.

Wir waren eine Woche in dem schönen Ferienhaus von Nadia und Giacomo. Alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Lage und der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist einzigartig... Das Haus ist sehr sauber und zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Giacomo hat uns gute Ausflugstipps gegeben, beide sind sehr freundlich. Wir haben die erholsame Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ilaria's home and garden make you feel like you are "Sitting on Top of the World". Like in the Walter Vinson and Lonnie Chatmon song. Time flew in Perpoli, like the swallows in the clear blue sky that embraced the mighty mountains at the horizon. The house is intimate, like the village whereas the garden is a never ending story. Ilaria is a super friendly host who was easy to communicate with and (together with her father's art) has given this place a piece of magic. No doubt we would love to come back

Nydelig hus med en flott og velholdt hage. Bassenget var fantastisk, og det er svært barnevennlig med ulike nivåer. Veldig hyggelige og vennlige verter som alltid svarte rask dersom vi hadde spørsmål.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Amazing location and responsive host. Incredible pool with an outstanding view. House, especially the Kitchen, was well well stocked with amenities needed. Highly recommended!

Very easy to find and close to funicular that ran every 30 minutes on schedule. At least 5 restaurants for lunch and dinner. Small store for basics. Terrace facing northeast was wonderful in the morning. Umbrellas for shade if needed. Washer with folding clothesline to dry inside or out. We only used the main bedroom and bath - both on second floor. Very nice. The second bedroom was on the second floor and second bath was in the basement - did not use those spaces or the sitting room in walkout basement. Kitchen stocked with basics for electric coffee maker (a bit noisy) and hand brother. Gas stove for heating milk. Toaster oven. Large grid freezer with many ice trays. Enjoyed the cat that showed up A few times. Easy 20 min walk from main train station (not Centro) to funicular. Main station also had many bus connections like to Grotta Giusti but only to swim in outdoor pool. You can’t swim in the cave - too bad. Would love to come back.

Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

Es war eine tolle Zeit in Mitten schöner Natur. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab sogar auch etwas glutenfreies! Am Abend konnten wir Glühwürmchen bewundern.

Una estancia agradable en una zona alejada del centro de Pisa sin el agobio de tanto turista. Luca siempre estuvo atento y dispuesto a responder cualquier duda.

We were an extended family of eight. The accommodation can only be described as perfect for us. The views were amazing and it was just so peaceful. We enjoyed the pool and the short trips to many restaurants and surrounding villages. That said, we spent most mornings and evenings soaking up the views across the valley to Volterra and beautiful villages dotted on the hillside. Andrea takes huge pride in being accessible and instantaneously responsive. A pleasure to deal with. A small bar / cafe across the road took care of morning coffee’s and any gelato pangs. Thank you Andrea, you made our stay so very memorable. Our only disappointment was leaving!!

Cristina e suo marito sono stati degli host eccezionali. Abbiamo chiesto una culla per il nostro bambino e in casa abbiamo trovato oltre alla culla, un seggiolone, un vasino e tanti giochi. La casa è in una zona tranquillissima (nonostante una serata musicale a poca distanza non abbiamo avuto nessun problema di rumori) e oltre al parcheggio privato è dotata di un bellissimo giardino. Abbiamo trovato la casa molto pulita. Montecalvoli è un ottimo posto di partenza per visitare tante attrazioni nei dintorni ma soprattutto è un posto dove ancora si vive uno spirito di comunità. Consigliatissimo!

Sandro und Mariella sind herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sie haben sich um unser Wohlbefinden mehr als üblich gekümmert. Sehr empfehlenswerte Gastgeber.

Francesca is een zeer vriendelijke host! We mochten eerder inchecken en lachend wachtte zij ons samen met haar man op. Na wat korte instructies konden wij de mooie olijfboomtuin verkennen en het gezellig ingerichte huis. Smaakvol ingericht en verdeeld over meerdere verdiepingen. Vanaf het huisje kun je makkelijk naar het leuke stadje Lucca (20 min) of naar Firenze (60 min). Wij hebben een heel leuke en fijne vakantie gehad! Dank Francesca!!!

We loved our stay here! The house and the views were truly as picturesque as it seems in the photos. A dream spot! The town itself is full of local flair and is beautiful too. Not touristy at all. Close enough to nearby towns though to explore more of Tuscany! Overall a great stay and Laura was a kind and responsive host.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit bei Anja! Die Unterkunft liegt in einem ehemaligen Kloster, das mit unglaublich viel Liebe und Gespür für Details restauriert wurde. Die Kombination aus historischem Charme und modernem Komfort ist wirklich gelungen – man spürt die Geschichte des Ortes, ohne auf Annehmlichkeiten verzichten zu müssen. Besonders schön ist auch die ruhige Lage: Obwohl das Gelände gut erreichbar ist, hört man von der Straße absolut nichts. Man ist mitten in der Natur, mit Blick über die Hügel, und trotzdem schnell in Lucca oder bei anderen Ausflugszielen. Für unsere zwei kleinen Kinder war es ideal – viel Platz zum Spielen, ein eingezäunter Garten und zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Entdecken. Anja ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin: herzlich, offen und mit vielen tollen Tipps. Sie kennt nicht nur die Region bestens, sondern hat auch spannende Geschichten über das alte Kloster parat. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren zu dritt in der Wohnung, die irgendwie ein Haus ist. Sehr schön gelegen, großer Garten mit prima Terrasse, eine tolle Küche mit WIRKLICH allem. Silvia ist wirklich nett und sehr hilfsbereit, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Ich komme gerne wieder und empfehle Silvia und die Unterkunft voll und ganz! Nochmal Danke!

Wonderful place to either lay back and enjoy the picturesque-postcard view from the comfort of your front yard or the pool (which was refreshingly cool in June), or to go further explore Tuscany locations within reach. The house was beautiful, clean and equipped with everything you could ask for, ie a quiet and air conditioned bedroom, kitchen with a gas stove, fridge and a wood fired bbq and a jacuzzi + comfy seating outside. Shops, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance, max 10 minutes. Andrea is a fantastic host who clearly cares about providing the best possible stay for her guests, which she did. Whenever we return to Tuscany, we will definitely make sure to stay here at Palaia again.

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

Jag vill instämma i alla positiva recensioner. Giuliana och hennes ställe är båda lika fantastiska. Vi spenderade en vecka i juni detta härliga hus och njöt av det fina huset och poolen. Vi hade bil vilket underlättar för mathandlingen på Esselunga 5 min bort med bil. Giuliana är mycket hjälpsam oavsett vad man behöver hjälp med! En verkligt god värd som tar hand om dina gäster. Det var långt över vår förväntan! En positiv överraskning var Tenuta di Tramonte som är granne med fastigheten. En mycket bra middag i en fantastisk miljö! Missa inte den möjligheten. Närheten till Lucca är också en fördel. Vi trivdes mycket bra i den relativt lugna staden. Hyra cykel och cykla runt stadsmuren är en härlig utflykt. Byn Moriano är också mysig. Mycket lugn! Trevlig liten marknad på torget på tisdagar. Vi hoppas komma tillbaka!

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!
