Vacation rentals with a pool in Burjassot

The house has met our expectations. It was very clean and had everything to spend a few days relaxing. The beach is literally next to it and you can arrive in 3 minutes walking, although if you don't feel like going down to the sea you can also bathe in the pool. You have to follow several instructions when arriving and leaving, but the owners detail you and explain everything very well. Communication with them has been excellent. We enjoyed a weekend with great friends!

The house is beautiful. This is the second time we have rented it and we will surely be back!

We had a great time in the house. 1. We found it easily, with very clear instructions provided 2. The place was very clean 3. The rooms were large and as described, and the bedrooms had blinds/shutters so they were dark for sleeping 4. There were plenty of items in the kitchen, so it was easy to cook 5. Parking was very easy - on street or in the garage 6. The view of the beach/sea was great from the rooms and garden 7. There were lots of things to entertain - games, beach toys, bikes, beach towels etc.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

What an amazing house with swimming pool, something on the cold side in October:-). We were there with 8 people and there is enough room for that. Spacious rooms and cleanly furnished. A 10-minute drive from the town of Vilamarxant, where there is a shop and a baker. The bakery has delicious bread, but you have to be early for that otherwise it's up. Supermarket also has great bread. Valencia is a half hour drive away, you will be on the highway in no time. Daniel communicates pleasantly, responds quickly and adequately. The manager Fernando is very helpful and friendly and also responds quickly through the app. Is also quickly on the spot if needed.

Villa Jungla (“VJ”) is exceptional. While maybe not on-par with some ABNB places that are closer to central Valencia or as to historical style, it worked well for us. Even if not “luxury” to some, it definitely is up-scale. Space was important, for family to not be cramped and beds & sizes to best accommodate them with window shades. And quick access to the airport. VJ has it. Plane noise was not an issue; the place is well-insulated with dual-pane windows for comfort & noise. From ABNB inventory we saw in multiple city sections, VJ beat all others hands-down as to value. One family member (who travels extensively and stays in ABNBs globally) was concerned that the location was far from central VLC. Turned out that was not an issue, as I had surmised; the metro made access easy within 30-35 minutes including walking to Rosas station (nearer than Manises station). Principal grocers and variety of eateries are convenient. Overall, a great place.

Beautiful stay. Accommodation more than excellent. Clean and super quiet house. We had a great week. Cristina is a great host and I would recommend it 100%. we'll be back.

we loved the apartment, we really enjoyed the views, although we weren't very long, but the time to stay we felt like these house, and the details. thought of everything even left us a refreshing welcome. thank you very much 😊

Carla is a great host. She waited for us to arrive late into the night. The apartment is nicely decorated and has everything one initially needs—especially the Nescafé coffee machine. There are local stores one can walk to you can buy the essentials like bread and coffee. There’s a Carrefour supermarket just 10 minutes drive and a couple other supermarkets in the town of Puçol. The location is perfect for a quick drive into the city (25 minutes). The boardwalk in Poçul is only a couple of blocks from the apartment with restaurants and ice cream shops. A Valencia is a beautiful city and we followed the recommendations Carla gave us. Our stay was too short 5 days but we plan on coming back for a longer time. 100% recommend!

Highly recommend! The place is spacious, well equipped, and very clean. Ismael met us at check-in and helped direct us to their condo. He was also very responsive to messages. The beach is a very short walk away and close to some decent restaurants. Transit access is also easy, although it is about an hour bus ride to the historic district of Valencia where many of the sights are.

I had a wonderful time this place is beautiful, peaceful and a cut above. Gianina was friendly, helpful and her place was beautiful and well equipped There are many restaurants. The beach is a few steps away from the house and the view is wonderful. I look forward to coming back.

The apartment is unbeatable, impeccable in every aspect, with everything you need, super comfortable and very clean. 100% recommended

We had a wonderful stay at Massimo and Vittorio's apartment. The pool was great for the kids, there are nearby playgrounds as well, and it's a short walk to La Patacona beach, which is very nice and not overly crowded even during peak season. There are several restaurants along the beach and most of those we tried were very good. Vittorio was flexible for our check-in and met us to bring us inside, show us around, and explain how the A/C, Wi-Fi, and appliances worked, as well as answer our questions about the community pool rules, and where to dispose of trash. The location is a little far from the city center and train station, which are about 45-55 minute bus rides away, but that is understandable given the near beachfront location. We were still able to visit the aquarium and city center with our kids easily. We loved Valencia and would definitely consider returning to Massimo and Vittorio's place!

Very good stay thanks to Juan and his wife. Everything was as expected in the listing. The location is ideal a stone's throw from the beach, you can easily reach Valencia or Castellon for outings and there is everything you need in Moncofa for small shopping, restaurant, market etc. Do not hesitate to rent it you will not be disappointed.
