Staying in this beautiful apartment was a great experience. Upon arrival, we were allowed to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. The house is in a quiet area without any noise at night and is in the central area of Valencia a short walk from the Central Market and close to the monuments to visit. The house is very spacious and very clean and also on arrival they welcomed us with sweets, water and milk for breakfast. Below the apartment there is a very good Italian pizzeria, very convenient when you are tired from daily walks.

A very pleasant stay for a bachelor party. Frederic was always very attentive to everything, kind and helpful, he even adapted the sofa for one night when there were more people. A phenomenal location to spend a few days both in the house and in the pleasant surroundings that surround it. Close to natural areas to enjoy and very nice villages. We will definitely be back.

We had a great stay! Isabel was very accommodating and assisted us several times with finding storage for our luggage and booking us a taxi. The place was beautiful and close to the beach and other wonderful places nearby such as parks and restaurants. We would stay here again for sure!

Thanks to José for hosting us very well located apartment 150m from the sea, quiet, very clean and where you can park very easily! Had a great week with my kids I would highly recommend it!

Francisco was a super host. We had a flight delay and he helped us access the apt late and even set us up with a dinner reservation next door! Always responsive, friendly, great local recommendations. Apartment is very well equipped with plenty of everything you need. So nice to have a washer and dryer! Three bedrooms, great for families. Incredible house, so much space and very well located. Lovely pool (although chilly in April but I still used it!) Natalia is very sweet and helpful and responded very quickly to my messages. We have a 3 year old and a nearly 6 year old, and it was lovely to have all the toys and games for them. I would say if you have any younger children the hard floors/stairs might be a bit tricky/dangerous so watch out for that. Also we got a bit confused by the high tech lighting system, but other than that it's a fantastic place!!
