La ubicación está excelente y me gustó que estuviera en el piso 57. Estaba bien equipado y agradable, aparte que estaba ordenado/limpio. El anfitrión es atento y tiene disponibilidad para responder tus dudas. La cosa se puso rara al final porque olvidé la tarjeta del gym, y me demoré en entregarla ya que la tenía mi bro y este había ido al cajero. Me iban a cobrar 250 dirham por una tarjeta de plastico barata. Aún así, muy buen lugar y buen anfitrión.

🥰🥰🥰The apartment has a perfect location, an ideal place, and a stunning view. The apartment itself is wonderful inside—clean and fully equipped with everything needed for living. The owner has provided absolutely every convenience imaginable, from drinking water to sunflower oil and even laundry detergent. Marisa herself is an amazing person—very caring, thoughtful, and attentive. This is the best option if you’re looking for a peaceful, beautiful place by the sea to relax in a clean, lovely, and harmonious atmosphere❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

As I’ve stayed in many different locations around Dubai, Emaar beachfront, boat harbour is my favourite place. I seem to feel at home every time I travel to that location. Hemlataa place is well equipped to meet anyone’s expectations the building itself has all the amenities needed for a great stay Hemlataa was very punctual,responsive and her staff were extremely helpful with checking as I arrived early it wasn’t a problem,the view from the balcony was great I’m looking forward to coming back. Thanks Hemlataa for the stay it was a great experience and I definitely recommend this place to anybody travelling to this location.

Our stay at this apartment on the Palm was amazing! The location was perfect, quiet, peaceful, and just steps away from a beautiful private beach and a lovely pool area. The apartment itself was exactly as expected: clean, modern, and very comfortable for our stay. It’s worth noting that you’ll need a car or taxi to get around, as it can take around 10 minutes just to drive off the Palm itself, but for us it was well worth it for the calm, beachfront setting. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway while still being close to everything Dubai has to offer!

Our host was most welcoming and friendly he was polite and professional at the same time. I would definitely recommend him!! and the stay was so ideal a perfect location will definitely come back again the views from the balcony was amazing!! Better in real life the picture didnt do it justice but qn accurate description!! Miss the room dearly!! Felt like home.

The apartment's location is awesome - JBR and Marina are both walking distance. The view from the apartment is also amazing, and the interiors are just as the pictures show - clean, tidy and useful. Le logement de Marta est très bien, la réalité est même mieux que ce qui correspond sur les photos. L’emplacement parfait, les équipements de l’appartement parfait. Nous étions une famille de 4 avec un enfant de 3 ans il y avait tout ce qu il fallait, et s il nous manquait quelque chose Marta était très disponible pour répondre à nos besoins à chercher des solutions. J’ai rarement connu un service de conciergerie aussi exceptionnel, je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cette appartement. Merci encore à Marta pour sa réactivité sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse
