Accurately described and accessible to dubai mall. The view by the balcony is great and even from the pool while swimming. The rooms have huge closets which are handy for us or staying for quite a while. Very secured and nice neighborhood.

As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Great place. we had a pleasant stay for two weeks. the host was helpful and responsive. the place is exactly as in the pictures and as described and the location is supreme. Just few minutes walking to the mall and the surrounding area is great with many Cafe's and restaurants. highly recommend and we will definitely come back when in Dubai.

Staying at Grande Signature Residences was nothing short of magical. The moment I walked in, I was blown away by the panoramic view of the Dubai Fountain — it honestly felt like a private show from the comfort of the living room. And the Burj Khalifa?
