The best space and hosts you could ask for! My 3-week stay was beyond comfortable and I was very sad to leave. The unit’s finishes and details are really special! The balcony is spacious with a partial business bay view. The hosts were amazing and very accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Downtown Dubai

The place is great: spacious, clean, well designed, has different light scenarios and accessories throughout the unit. Location is private, yet right next to all main attractions of Downtown. Host is always ready to help, attentive, helpful and friendly. I’d stay here again and recommend this place to everyone!

An apartment with an excellent location suitable for any type of trip, whether family or business. The city's most famous shopping center and children's parks are just a short walk away, as well as countless food options and any store you might need, such as markets and pharmacies. The service from the Smart Stay team was prompt and attentive, and the host was very friendly.

We stayed with our 3 year old at the home in Downtown Views 2… Best stay we have had in Dubai till date because its easy access to the mall which was ideal for us to engage our child at play areas, dine at restaurants and indulge in shopping… Yassin was a great support and extremely proactive and took care of us really well

The stay was perfect, it’s better than the photos 😍 The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything I needed. What made it extra special was the beautiful view 🤩 The location was perfect: close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. The host was friendly and quick to respond. Highly recommended — I’d love to stay here again! Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but there were a few things that could be improved: 1. The parking was located on the 5th basement level, which made going in and out a bit dizzying and inconvenient. 2. There was an unpleasant smell in the hallway, likely due to the garbage room nearby. 3. The apartment is on the first floor with a balcony facing the pool, so it lacked privacy during the day when people were around. Still, the apartment itself was well-maintained and the host was great — just a few things to consider for future guests.

Absolute prime location .. with Dubai mall just mins away by walking Highlights were the view and the immaculate apartment .. truly is a penthouse setting in a central position. We could even see the evening water shows at the mall from our window. The apartment is also set in the 30th floor so nice and peaceful. Would not hesitate to return again next time in Dubai!

Everything was impeccable. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. You get beautiful views from the apartment and the rooftop pool. The location is great, close to a bunch of restaurants etc Frank and as extremely helpful. When I messaged him about a small situation, he took care of it right away. Additionally check-in and check-out was flawless. I would highly recommend staying there and I hope I’ll get to go again at some point.

The place is super clean and Muna and Suhail are proactive in providing details making us feel like home. It was joyful visit with nice view. Definitely I’ll be back to this place in the future.
