The building has a large swimming pool and a spaceous gym. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the city. I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Downtown Dubai, and it was truly a memorable experience. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the apartment is absolutely breathtaking—unobstructed, close-up, and magical both day and night. The apartment itself is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It had everything I needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. From the cozy interior to the well-equipped kitchen and floor-to-ceiling windows, every detail was top-notch. The hosts were responsive, professional, and made check-in seamless. One of the highlights of my stay was the location. Dubai Mall is just a short walk away, and we truly enjoyed the evening strolls around the area. The lighting, the energy, and the vibrant atmosphere at night made every walk feel special and relaxing. Whether you’re visiting for business or leisure, this apartment offers the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and convenience.

We booked this place based on the reviews and it is worth the stay. The apartment is exactly infront of dubai mall and has a clear view of Burj Khalifa and other tall towers from all its rooms. The place was clean and ready when we entered. The host Busola was always ready to help for any enquiries or things over chat. Entry was smooth and everything was explained in detail over chat which made it easier to access the place. It has all the amenities like washing machine, refrigerator, gas stove, hair dryer, iron table, bath tub, balcony swing, TV, microwave and what not. Everything was working as expected and we stayed for 4 days without any hassle or issues. It's a place where you should definetly stay once.

over 12 years of using airbnb and this is by far the best place and best host yet. They accomedated my late checkout request when they didn't have to. The place is well stocked with everything one needs to make the Stay pleasant. other hosts need to take notes.

This apartment is certainly worth a 5 star rating! Check in, location, the apartment itself and the host were perfect. Very spacious for a 1 bedroom. The apartment is fitted with all your basic needs. The gym and swimming pool very clean and well equipped. Centrally located in Dubai where you can ride the Metro, catch a taxi or drive with ease anywhere in Dubai. Highly recommend this apartment. Perfect for a couple. Our stay at the apartment in Dubai was absolutely fantastic! It exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The furniture was tidy and comfortable. There were a few minor signs of use, but that’s totally normal for a holiday apartment and didn’t bother us at all. The view was phenomenal – overlooking the Marina Walk, it was truly breathtaking. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!

Great apartment in a good Marina location. Pool and fitness club are good. Only thing you should know - it is very noisy and traffic to/from the hotel is tricky in rush hours. Overall - value for money and host is great.

I had a great stay at Ali’s apartment! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient and quiet. Ali was an amazing host — very responsive, friendly. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!
