The apartment was really nice, spacious and tidy. Very close to the city centre and all the popular places. Our host was really respectfull and answered our requests very fast. Amazing view from the balcony is indeed breathtaking. Considering to come back. Recommend!!!:)

Our stay at this stunning apartment was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we stepped inside, we were struck by how beautifully presented and immaculately clean everything was. The décor is fresh, modern, and thoughtfully put together, creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere – it truly felt like a home away from home. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. With easy access to local amenities and all of Dubai’s top attractions just a short distance away, it made it incredibly convenient and enjoyable for our visit in exploring the city! What truly made our stay stand out though were the hosts. Enrica, Pepijn and the team were absolutely brilliant – polite, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. It was clear from the start that their top priority was making sure we had the most comfortable and seamless stay possible, and they went above and beyond in every way. We’ll be booking this apartment again for all our future trips to Dubai!

The apartment is exactly as described. Only the view and location are probably better than can be put into words. The check-in and check-out as well as all communication with Kanuj was great and everything was answered in minutes. If you are looking for a central location in Dubai, I can only highly recommend this apartment. Only thing: if you don't feel comfortable in narrow parking garages, you shouldn't come with a car that is too big. Mine was big and it still worked, though...

We were a group of 10 girls and had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place is exactly like the pictures—beautiful, clean, and super comfortable. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, and we had more than enough space for everyone. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell they care about their guests having a great experience. Fantastic villa. Very very large and spacious. The pool was heated and absolutely stunning. We cooked on bbq a few times which was lovely. Air con was brilliant. Very modern inside. Location was great only 15 mins away from the marina. The host was fantastic, always replied fast. We needed a cot bed they provided one the same evening. Will definitely return to this villa.

I will definitely come back to this house. We came as a group of 13ppl, we all enjoyed and had enough space. We stayed 5 nights, the cleaners came 2 day out of the 5 which we felt was just enough. Riz was available to assist with our Request and queries. i asked for a BBQ the next morning it was all set up ready to go. Safe neighbourhood. Just Amazing. Everyone in the Group were happy. Thanks to the Host and Riz

The villa is located at a high end residential area with very friendly and kind neighbors. The roads in jumeirah park feel like a luxury car exhibition. The villa was clean, comfortable and equiped with all necessary amenities. My 12 friends and I stayed for 3 nights total- there were enough beds for everyone. The host was responsive and helpful. We did not meet any problems at communications. Overall I'd say a value for money place for big groups. Having a car is recommended since walking distances are long. easy 5/5 for everything

I had a lovely stay in a private room at this charming villa in Umm Suqeim. The location was peaceful, safe, and conveniently close to the beach and key spots around Dubai. Wafa was incredibly kind and flexible with both check-in and check-out times, which made my trip so much smoother. The room was clean, cozy, and exactly as described, and the shared spaces were well-maintained and comfortable. It felt more like a home than just accommodation. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
