Our vacation home is located in a wonderful rural environment and offers direct views of nature. Whether at breakfast overlooking the countryside, on a walk or bike ride on the Ludwig-Donau-Main Canal, here you will find the ideal place to switch off and recharge your batteries. The 180-m² (1,937-sq-ft) ground-floor apartment has four lovingly furnished double bedrooms that offer plenty of comfort for families or groups, a kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a separate toilet. Hand towels, bath towels, and bedding are provided.

This little gem is located in the midst of beautiful nature with hills, rocks and rivers. In a very quiet location with separate entrance and private staircase. From the covered sitting area, the view extends to meadows and fields. Artistically designed and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. At the gates of Regensburg with a train station and highway connection to Munich, Nuremberg, the Bavarian Forest and the Czech Republic. Hiking, climbing, boating and cycling directly from the front door.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Giulia's oasis on the outskirts of Nuremberg - in the beautiful village of Mimberg, is quietly located on the slope. Mimberg is connected to Nuremberg via a S-Bahn connection. The S-Bahn runs every 20 minutes and you can reach Nuremberg Central Station in 15 minutes. The accommodation is located near the Nuremberg Süd highway junction. By car, you need about the same time to reach Nuremberg city center or Nuremberg Messe. Pets on request!
