We were a family and we were quite comfortable. I booked this apartment without reading too much of reviews as it checked all the boxes: location, AC, appliances, and price. This is definitely of great value. My friend and I were not disappointed. However, you should note that the apartment is extremely small (think of a hotel room), there are no dining table or room for it, the sofa-bed blocks the way to the front door when in use. As such this place is ideal if one wants to spend as little time as possible inside. That’s what we needed exactly, therefore five stars.

Very charming apartment, warm, tastefully decorated, very well-equipped. Extra terraces. Very well located near the Prado, Retiro Park and the nice Liviapes neighborhood. Rafael was responsive by messages, and quickly proposed a solution to compensate for the parking space that was ultimately unavailable. We were even able to listen to great vinyls! It was great! The cabin is small and cozy. Everything you need to stay without feeling overwhelmed. We were a couple and a dog and the space and utensils etc was perfect. Upon arrival he attended and explained everything Luis (5 stars also for his work) and we had good communication at all times with him and Alberto. Our dog made very good crumbs with his (Drago) and they had a great time. We will repeat without a doubt, we stay eager to use the patio!
