We had a lovely stay at LiVi’s place at the santa marina resort! First the resort’s amenities were fantastic (especially when traveling with two kids). Tons of fun things to do for us and the kids, great restaurants, great service in addition to the spa and the store that we found particularly helpful! Livis place was clean and neat and she made sure we were doing ok and we had what we need at all time. We needed a couple of extra items and she went out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I particularly appreciated LiVi’s communication. She was helpful but not overbearing. That’s my kind of host. Great place for a couple or young family. Highly recommend, you won’t regret it! Kids never wanted to leave and that says it all!

The apartment has an amazing view, welcoming host, helped us with everything we needed. We had all the amenities included. The apartament looks even better than the pictures. Overall, it was a very beautiful experience, we had a great stay.

Прекрасное расположение. Чистая территория вокруг, чистый бассейн, очень хороший пляж. В ресторане можно заказать питание по системе все включено. Кухня оборудована всем необходимым, чтобы готовить самим. Супермаркет находится сразу в здании отеля. В 20 минутах пешком город с ресторанами и развлечениями. Отпуск был отличным!

I had an amazing stay that unfortunatly only lasted 3 months. The staff is very helpful and friendly on the resort. The restaurant at the resort was very good and well priced. The internet was very fast and stable. Would recommend for sure!

Logement très accueillant agréable, propre. Le défaut était le bruit des pompes à chaleur du magasin d'à côté. sinon, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, proche du vieux centre de Nesebar. Greta est très réactive. on recommande.

Большая квартира в Cascadas Family Resort

Хочу подякувати за чудові апартаменти! Красива та зручна квартира зі усіма зручностяма. усе відповідає опису, та навіть більше! Про територію самого комплексу взагалі мовчу - це щось особливе. Якщо чесно ми навіть не гуляли всюди)) Великим плюсом є те що поруч є всі необхідні магазини та на території самого комплексу є ресторанчики та піцерія, а в 15 хв ходьби Лідл(ціни набагато нижче ніж у маленьких магазинчиках) Так до моря потрібно трішки пройтись, нам з 3 дітками це займало десь 10-15 хв, але я це вважаю плюсом, адже набагато тихіше ніж на перших лініях. При можливості обов*язково повернемося! Ще раз дякуємо все було супер!!!

Im Cascadas Resort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war stets sauber und sie ist sehr schön gestaltet, von den Pools zu den Spielplätzen bis hin zu den Pflanzen. In Adrianas Wohnung haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Bei der Einrichtung wurde sich Mühe gegeben, alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Auf Fragen hat Adriana sofort reagiert und hat umgehend alles geregelt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, liebe Adriana.

The place is located close to a viewpoint. When you had the door open you could here the sea from the bed. The kitchen had more pots and pans than the average most people have. Great as we cooked most of the night due to dietary needs. Most basics like salt, peper, coffee, sugar there there, though tea was missing. The complex itself was not that interesting for us, most days we drove to some beaches in nature without bars, buildings, noice and beach beds. But it was nice and quiet. The building is a bit dated, but the apartment is in a very good shape. Communication was quick, friendly and helpful. I would book again if we would be in the neighorhood again.

This is a great apartment with the most lovely view over the sea. Oleg was a wonderful host, and gave clear instructions for check in. He was in contact throughout my stay, and helped me with check out. The shops and Lidl are 15-20 minutes walk away, with the bus and taxi stations also right outside the door. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this place, and I will miss the sound of the sea every day! Thank you Oleg! :)

Velmi pěkné ubytování pro 1, max 2 osoby v útulném malém bytě. Byt obsahuje vše co člověk potřebuje, včetně velmi rychlého internetu, který potěší především pracující cestovatele. Součástí komplexu je také krásný velký bazén, který paradoxně skoro nikdo nevyužíval a byl stále volný. S ohledem na cenu pobytu se za mě jedná o nejlepší nabídku z okolí. Pokud hledáte něco levného určitě doporučuji.

Greg,,s place ad evwrything to help us feel comfortable. the kitchen is well equped, the balcony is spacious. Te complex is excellent, the pool is big and clean. Thr beach is a stairway away.. All guests have access to tje facilities of Premier fort complex with the restauranrs, water slides and the activitoes for keeping da and nparents each evening. I recommend.

My family and I had a nice time staying at Vihar's place. He is a responsive person and a good host. The hotel looks good, its away from the crowdy roads and quiet enough - that was a big plus for us, because we wanted to take a break from the city noise. The room was spacious and cozy, although not everywhere was clean. Thanks for the hospitality to Vihar, the hotel staff and the lovely ladies at the bar as well.

This place is in a great location has access to two beaches and 5 pools. The house was perfect for us to have as a home base. We are really easy to please and the hot water was a plus as we had 4 people showering. The host was amazing to communicate with and checked in on during the stay.

W apartamencie zatrzymaliśmy się na kilka nocek. W mieszkaniu było wszystko zapewnione ! Waciki do zmywania makijażu, kapsułki do prania, koce, a nawet klapki do chodzenia ! Dawno nie byłam w tak bardzo dobrze wyposażonym Airbnb ! Mieszkanie zrobiło na nas ogromne wrażenie. Czysto, przytulnie. Wielki plus za wielki taras na którym spędziliśmy miło wieczór! Mieszkanie miało wszystko czego dusza pragnie ! Mieszkanie w fajnej lokalizacji, kontakt z właścicielem natychmiastowy ! Jak będę kiedyś w Burgas to napewno to miezkanie ponownie zarezerwuje ! Am stat 2 săptămâni și nu am regretat nici o clipă alegerea făcută. Apartamentul spațios situat la parter dotat cu toate cele necesare și o terasă confortabilă de care am profitat din plin în fiecare seară. Amplasare comodă chiar în centrul stațiunii aproape de plajă și alee dar în același timp un loc liniștit potrivit pentru o familie cu copii. Parcarea comodă in imediata apropiere a hotelului (cu plată). Angelique a fost mereu prietenoasă și receptivă. Cu siguranță vom mai reveni.

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

as soon as you arrive at Joanna's you feel right at home, the place is clean with all amenities, the pool is right outside and you could cone empty handed and still have everything for a beach vacation. thank you for receiving us a 3rd time!

Отличная квартира, все удобства, чисто, локация - супер, все в нескольких минутах ходьбы. Хозяин очень внимательный и при этом тактичный, его присутствие ощущали только когда это было нам нужно. Единственная (впрочем обычная для многих городских центров) проблема - отсутствие парковки рядом (даже 3-4 минутная разгрузка и погрузка вызывала проблемы и раздражение соседей).

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.
