Waterfront vacation rentals in Burgas

It was a perfect stay. Decent place where i didn’t regret for spent money at all, kind and responsive host, one of the best at my memory, scenery was beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and walkable access for the beach, groceries stores. Accommodation is clean, without dirty and spots. Finally I’m really satisfied and highly recommend this place for stay

We had a great stay , the apart was spotless and very well equipped. The access with the lifts within the apartment building, and down from reception, and down to the beach meant it was ideal for us having someone with limited mobility in our party. The complex itself was lovely, though as our visit was too early in the season, unfortunately none of the restaurants or the supermarket on site were open. That said, this would be a perfect location for families to holiday in.

Overall the accommodation went well. There were minor details to pick on, but it didn't bother me too much. The location is great, the neighborhood is nice, everything you need is within walking distance. Would love to come back again

lovely stay, the apt complex is beautiful with 3 pools and plenty of sunbeds available. The apt itself is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great with plenty of restaurants nearby and the beach only a few minutes walk. would defo recommend.

fantastic beachside apartment, it’s rained when we were there. but this made for an amazing view of the lightning on the black sea! would 100% recommend a stay here in the future again 🙌🏽

The villa is situated in a great location in Sozopol. It's spacious, with nice, big enough bedrooms, a huge common area with everything you need for a peaceful stay on the sea. Within walking distance is the Paradise Bay restaurant, while nearly 1.8 km away is the restaurant Dalyan Chaika. It is also walking distance to Bamboo beach. I would certainly visit again and recommend with two hands to the still wobbly.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

Beautiful place! Nice view, very spacious, kind host and great communication! We will visit this place again for sure.

Great spot and exactly as described

Great apartment, great resort, looks like the photos, the gardeners are always there trimming the hedges or mowing the lawn so that everything is looking great. Fully equipped apartment, spacious and comfy.

There is SO much to say about our fabulous holiday at Aneta’s apartment. It’s on the 18th floor which enables guests to enjoy an amazing view over the sea garden, Bourgas coast line and the Black Sea. We loved visiting the salt lakes (accessible by a little shuttle), the sand sculptures and exploring the old town. The the beach offers a broad variety of bars, cafes and restaurants to suit all budgets. We used the funny train to get around and also hired E-scooters using the lime app to ride up and down the beach. The sea garden was absolutely wonderful - offering something for all ages. We loved seeing the barber of Seville performed in the outdoor theatre by Burgas State Opera. We also enjoyed a really special meal at Neptune restaurant for my birthday. We did day trips to sozopol and nesebar using the local buses - they were inexpensive, ran on time and had air conditioning! The holiday was very affordable and we will definitely be back. Very nice complex, it had 3 pools very many sunbeds and canopies,very clean,we stayed 4 days out of 6 at the pool , the studio is not very big,it's exactly what,clean, the host very nice and I communicated very easily with him... it is a 10 min walk to the beach and 5 minutes from the center of the resorts,in the quiet area, I recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Great place to stay close to the sea garden

What a wonderful stay at Rosehomes in Sozopol! The apartment is spacious, luxuriously decorated and has a nice outdoor space to relax. The blind windows provide extra privacy and tranquility. The smart TV is ideal for streaming your favorite series after a day at the beach. Everything was sparkling clean and we were warmly welcomed with homemade sourdough bread and cold drinks in the fridge, a thoughtful gesture that makes a difference. The private parking space is also a nice perk. Sozopol is a vibrant and atmospheric town full of history, nature, nice restaurants and the sea just a stone's throw away and only 25 minutes by car from Burgas. The beach club within walking distance is clean, stylish and wonderful to relax. In addition, there is a large Lidl around the corner, ideal for your daily shopping. In short: a complete, comfortable and cozy stay in a top location. I'll definitely come back here!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
