Ivo was an amazing host, always attentive and quick to help with any request. The location was perfect, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere while still being close to key attractions. We truly loved our time here and felt right at home. Very welcoming, nice, clean accommodation. The defect was the noise of the heat pumps from the store next door. otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay, close to the old center of Nesebar. Greta is very responsive. we recommend.

We are staying off-season, go to the old city every day to solve the dining, it is recommended that new guests go to the supermarket to buy enough supplies first.Of course, the house itself is great, clean and comfortable, the host is also very considerate and responsive, I recommend it!

Jana was super responsive and did everything to make us have a good time. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay and the complex itself is super for parents with young children. There are several pools including children's, lots of greenery and nice restaurants. Also the goldfish beach is within walking distance, so there is something for everyone. We would certainly repeat :)

Daniel was a great host. Every time I contacted him the response was quick and helpful. The accommodation is at central location. Literally everything is no more than 5 minutes away, including the beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The space is not very big but was more than enough for us. It was clean and well maintained. Bear in mind that there is no kitchen. There’s only a kettle, coffee machine, a few cups, a few plates and some cutlery. Also the fridge is quite small therefore there is no space for anything else except some bottles. Overall we had a great time and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Daniel.

Fabulous place and great hosts! Ferdinand was very responsive and helpful and answered many of my random questions. The host showed great flexibility throughout our stay. Andrea was very helpful as well and gave us many local tips. She even helped us to locate my lost phone! The cottage itself is lovely, with plenty of space outdoors for kids to play and for adults to chill. The kitchen is decent-sized and well-equipped with a BBQ outside. There was always on-street parking and plenty of beaches around. The outside hot tub is a must!

We had a great time at Robert’s house!The house is beautiful,very well equipped and very safe which is very important to us because of our autistic son!Very quiet and chill place with lovely neighbours.The communication with Neli was great,she is very helpful and kind! Definitely will recommend to our friends and will hire again!

We had an amazing week. Hristo was a fabulous Host, he greeted us on the first day and showed us around the property. He gave great recommendations for local spots to eat. The house itself was nicer than the online pictures. It was clean and organized. The complex it self is very family friendly, with gated community and security check point. We had a great time

My 5 friends and I spent 7 days in this gorgeous villa and not one of us have a bad word to say about it. A wonderful, clean spacious house with amazing views from the roof terrace and a gorgeous swimming pool. We had such a nice time and Ivan was the best host. As expected we had a great time. We were a group of 8 people, the house is spacious, everything matched the description, it was very clean and Tzoni is a great host. Location is also great - in the heart of the town. There are couple of beach options in walking distance. Gradina & Kavaci are nearby (10-15 minutes drive). Great overall experience.
