It was a perfect stay. Decent place where i didn’t regret for spent money at all, kind and responsive host, one of the best at my memory, scenery was beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and walkable access for the beach, groceries stores. Accommodation is clean, without dirty and spots. Finally I’m really satisfied and highly recommend this place for stay

We have a very pleasant stay! The host was very very kind and always answers in time! The place is clean, modern and there is everything you need for a good vacation! There is a small and quiet beach near the hotel, the garden of the hotel is very beautiful and the swimming pool is clean and big enough! Many thanks!😊

Great place and location.

It's a very beautiful place, both the house and the old town. A perfect place to rest and "recharge the batteries." Everything was close by (walking distance) - restaurants, grocery stores, local market place, and the beach. Villa Alenor is a perfect match for those who enjoy the sea while exploring local culture and history. The host and her representatives were very responsive. The villa felt like home away from home. Thank you for your hospitality!

This modern apartment is in a secure building a 5-10 minute walk from a sandy beach on the Black Sea. The large pool area is beautiful and a great place for both adults and kids. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. The large windows have curtains for blocking the morning sun, and the balcony is perfect for morning coffee or for drying laundry. Yes! There’s a washing machine! We were there in mid October and so the beaches were empty, however, we still took advantage of the beautiful beach weather. We used this spot as a jumping-off point for exploring the sights and rich archeological history found along the coast from Varna south toward the Turkish border. Natalija, the hostess, was helpful and quick to respond to questions. I would certainly stay here again in the future.

Everything was great. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in the complex as a whole. Lena is a super host, settled us in and told us all the necessary information for a comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. Definitely recommend!!!

We had a great experience at Dimitar’s place. The apartment is located in a very beautiful and peaceful complex with a big garden and pool. We truly relaxed during our stay , the apartment was clean and exactly as in pictures. Looved the terrace with the sea view , also the beach it’s right outside the complex(2 min walk). I’m gonna miss drinking my coffee right by the pool 🏊🏼‍♀️ We will come back next year for sure ☀️

I and my family had wonderful time at the house. It is very good equipped with everything you may need. Sozopolis holiday village is very beautiful and quiet, with a big pool, and is close to the sea. We enjoyed walks in the village.

A lovely house with an amazing backyard. The pool was very clean and the water was warm. The villa is in a quiet location which made it perfect to work from or spend a quiet day in the pool/backyard, but taxis were easily available to get us to the nearby town whenever we needed a livelier night out. Lastly, Nezi was very warm and friendly. We're very happy with our choice to stay here and will be looking to return again.

Superb place with a sea view! Our stay in this apartment was a real pleasure! The location is great — a few minutes walk to the sea. The apartment is very bright, clean and extremely stylish design. Every detail is tastefully soaked, from the decoration to the amenities. You can tell that the hosts have put a lot of attention and care into making you feel at home. It had everything we needed from a comfortable kitchen, to a comfortable bed, to little things that made the stay special, quality towels, nice coffee and tea. We lacked nothing. Everything was prepared for you to fully rest and enjoy the sea atmosphere. The host was accommodating, communication was quick and pleasant, and check in and out went without any difficulty. We would happily come back again! I recommend with both hands to anyone looking for coziness, style and sea at your fingertips.

It was a great experience! I highly recommend the place! People were very friendly and genuinely helpful with me, I haven’t had any problem since my arrival and it will be a great pleasure to visit the place again. I couldn’t think of better location when I was looking. It really matched my expectations. Everything about the place was perfect and I was vary happy to stay there for a while. You can’t get a better view is Sozopol and a better location. We LOVED looking out and seeing the sea and the beach. The walk to the beach is less than 1min. The appartment is right in the middle of everything fun yet it was quiet and we slept perfectly. There were plenty of fresh towels and even beach towels to borrow which we needed. Right outside we had access to stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and so much food options. There is a street near but along the beach with all the fun restaurants and entertainment. In the other side there is a street with a ton of little shops and vendors. We felt super safe and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Servers spoke English and were very helpful. The walk to old town was easy and extremely worth it!

Did stay here for ~10 days in august. Easy and comfortable check-in without day time limits. Apartment is nice and well equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable location with a number of pools of all kinds in the neighbourhood. Car free territory makes it peaceful, cousy and safe for kids. Sea is nice with a great beach not so far, which was not too overcrowded in the august. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location directly on the sea, very friendly neighbors, extra praise to the great service in the restaurant directly in the house - we had a great week and can highly recommend the accommodation!

Greg,,s place ad evwrything to help us feel comfortable. the kitchen is well equped, the balcony is spacious. Te complex is excellent, the pool is big and clean. Thr beach is a stairway away.. All guests have access to tje facilities of Premier fort complex with the restauranrs, water slides and the activitoes for keeping da and nparents each evening. I recommend.

Everything was without problems, our kids really enjoyed the pool and location is quite, so we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is nice and view is great. We just got the location from airbnb app wrong, so just check the right location with host, the link through airbnb app was wrong. Also you cannot use washing machine in case you dont have a long stay.

Ivomir was in constant contact with us. He provided toys and other necessary accessories for our son. The apartment offered everything useful on the beach. The undoubted advantage of this place is a spacious terrace and a view of the sea, Golden Sands and Nessebar. There are few such places in the area. We felt at home, so even cloudy days weren't terrible. It was a really comfortable stay that will always be in our memory. Although quite high, no elevator, our 2 year old went upstairs by saying "I like these stairs". We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Very good communication. The appartment was bigger than expected very clean. A good location for restaurants and the beach. Facilities in the appartment met all our needs. The children loved the playroom. Would definitely recommend
