Lovely Central Apartment HV

Enjoy an amazing experience at this centrally-located place. The apartment is quiet, cozy, stylishly furnished and fully equipped for a pleasant stay. Everything is in a walking distance - less than 10 minutes walk to the beach, just across the sea garden and 5-10 minutes walk to the main district of the city center. There is a parking spot on the premises, which is only available under an extra charge. If you are interested please inquire about it in advance! Smoking is not allowed inside.

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.

The pool is open from the beginning of June to the end of September - the apartment is in the gated complex "Burgas Beach 2". Beachfront with its own beach access. There is a grocery store 150 meters away, a 5-minute walk from a public transport stop. Close to year-round and seasonal restaurants.
