Lovely peaceful home in quiet village. We enjoyed the garden, bbq, and doing shopping in the very friendly village. Thank you for a special stay!

Two days before arrival, we received a friendly offer from the host to change the reserved accommodation for a better one (larger, two-story villa) without extra charge. The villa is located in a quiet, well-kept complex. It is completely renovated, very spacious, with all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Nice swimming pool with a bar in the complex. Good communication with the host. We highly recommend this accommodation.

What an amazing and peaceful place to stay. Lovely nature, birds and a beautiful beach just 5 min away by car (walking distance as well). The host was more than welcoming, gave us recommendations and checked up on us if everything is okay. The house was in perfect condition. There was an ongoing renovation but the host made sure that this would not intervene with our stay for which we are more than thankful. Banya is 20 min away by car from multiple resorts as well as hiking trials which was really cool. Overall, we loved our stay and we are coming back this summer for sure! See you soon, Victorio!

What a lovely apartment, its huge, certainly big enough for our needs, lots of bathrooms and. Helps when you have so many people in the house. The pool with the apartment is great if you don’t mind the cold, we used it but only a couple of times, two great pools in the resort. Also a lovely beach close by. What was really handy was the supermarket being so close. Not the cheapest but handy for ice creams and things you run out of. A few things missing in the kitchen that we would have liked but that is the always the case with self catering. Kosta was a great communicator with his agent living close by and she was so helpful. At one point we switched off one of the hot water tanks by mistake and had no hot water and she sorted it within 5 minutes. These things really help when you have someone close by. Other issue is parking, its all free but its a bit of a free for all and not for the faint hearted! We certainly would recommend this to anyone.

One of the nicest places we've been. Great communication with the host. Very valuable tips for local shops and communication. A home with three bathrooms can feel comfortable with up to one family. A family-friendly home. An apartment stocked with everything - you can really feel at home in it.

We had a great time at Robert’s house!The house is beautiful,very well equipped and very safe which is very important to us because of our autistic son!Very quiet and chill place with lovely neighbours.The communication with Neli was great,she is very helpful and kind! Definitely will recommend to our friends and will hire again!

We had an amazing week. Hristo was a fabulous Host, he greeted us on the first day and showed us around the property. He gave great recommendations for local spots to eat. The house itself was nicer than the online pictures. It was clean and organized. The complex it self is very family friendly, with gated community and security check point. We had a great time

My 5 friends and I spent 7 days in this gorgeous villa and not one of us have a bad word to say about it. A wonderful, clean spacious house with amazing views from the roof terrace and a gorgeous swimming pool. We had such a nice time and Ivan was the best host. A roomy and comfortable house. It had all kinds of utensils and very clean. It is far from the beach but with good communication and quiet area

As expected we had a great time. We were a group of 8 people, the house is spacious, everything matched the description, it was very clean and Tzoni is a great host. Location is also great - in the heart of the town. There are couple of beach options in walking distance. Gradina & Kavaci are nearby (10-15 minutes drive). Great overall experience.
