Family-friendly vacation rentals in Buggiano

Unser Aufenthalt war ein Traum. Francesca und Francesco haben einen wunderbaren Ort geschaffen, sind sympathische Menschen und tolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und haben alle nötigen Informationen erhalten. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns zuhause gefühlt und konnten das liebevoll gestaltete Gelände frei erkunden und auch in Privatheit genießen. Auch der Kontakt zu anderen Gästen war angenehm und respektvoll. Die Räume sind rustikal und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und versprühen einen besonderen Charme. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Anfahrt zur Poderracio ist entsprechend abenteuerlich (Serpentinen und enge, holprigen Straße). Alle Produkte wie z.B. der Frühstückskorb sind super lecker und von hoher Qualität . Zusätzlich haben wir von Francesca frisch geerntetes Gemüse (Zucchinis, rote Beete, Zwiebeln und Knoblauch) bekommen. Während des Aufenthalts wurden wir zum gemeinsamen Pizzabacken in den Privaträumen eingeladen und genossen einen wunderschönen Abend. DANKE!

Massimo beschreibt den Weg zur Unterkunft sehr gut, das Häuschen liegt etwa 20 min südlich von Florenz mitten in den Weinbergen, sehr ruhig und malerisch in den toskanischen Hügeln. Wir waren zu dritt bei Massimo und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt! Ob Stadtbesichtigung von Siena& Florenz, Weinverkostung oder einfach die Ruhe am Haus genießen: für alles das perfekt geeignet! Das Haus ist typisch toskanisch, Massimo und Beatrice haben viel Arbeit reingesteckt um ihren Gästen einen authentischen Aufenthalt zu bieten: trotzdem aber modern mit Klimaanlage- im Sommer geht’s auch kaum ohne! Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit!

Fantastic property, not new but really well kept and looked after. Spectacular outside space with grape vines over a pergola. Pool was a lot bigger than expected and a nice touch. Fabulous greeting and a welcome basket with local treats and Angiolo’s wine. Great location for touring Tuscany. We would definitely go back!

Wir waren als Familie mit Teenagern eine Woche in der Unterkunft und hatten es nicht besser treffen können. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben. Durch das Zimmer im Dachboden, das sich sehr gut klimatisierten ließ, gab es immer die Möglichkeit sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen. Die Unterkunft war blitzsauber. Es gab nicht das geringste zu bemängeln. Wir wurde von Daniele und seiner Familie sehr sehr herzlich empfangen und persönlich verabschiedet. Es gab eine ganze Reihe Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Ich kann das schöne Haus wirklich uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ganz herzlichen Dank dafür.

This was such a beautiful stay in Tuscany. When our family arrived it was magical to them to be in Beatrice’s home and countryside. It’s full of history and breathtaking views.

Awesome place to stay if you are looking for privacy and nature going hand in hand in the beautiful chalet surrounded by peaceful calmness and a relaxing atmosphere. Maria who is a very friendly Host was always helpful and responded very quickly if we had questions and we are thankful for whole service (with the car :) We recommend the chalet a 10/10 and would revisit it anytime again !

Abbiamo passato 3 giorni fantastici nella villa di Daniele, immersa nella tranquillità della campagna toscana. Eravamo in 9 amici e la casa è stata perfetta per il nostro soggiorno: spaziosa, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. La piscina e la jacuzzi esterne sono state le protagoniste delle nostre giornate di relax, mentre la sauna interna ha aggiunto un tocco speciale alle serate. Gli spazi comuni sono ampi e ben organizzati e il portico esterno è ideale per fare una grigliata. Daniele è stato un host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e attento, ci ha fatto sentire subito benvenuti. Un soggiorno che consigliamo senza esitazioni, perfetto per chi cerca pace, comfort e un bel posto dove condividere momenti con gli amici.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft liegt wunderschön, hoch über Pistoia – etwa 30 Minuten entfernt – in den angenehm kühlen Bergen, was bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen ideal war. Auch wenn die bekannten Städte der Toskana etwas weiter entfernt liegen, war die Lage für uns perfekt. Daniele und Alessandra waren sehr gastfreundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und gaben uns viele wertvolle Tipps zur Umgebung. Pistoia haben wir in dieser Zeit sehr ins Herz geschlossen. Die Kombination aus der ruhigen, naturnahen Lage des Airbnbs und dem lebendigen, charmanten Stadtleben war für uns genau richtig. Die Umgebung ist ideal für Motorrad-, Roller- oder Fahrradtouren: kurvige Bergstraßen, herrliche Aussichten und viele kleine, alte Dörfer, die zum Entdecken einladen. Grazie !! Staying at Lorenzo and Eva’s place was an absolute highlight of our trip to Tuscany! The location was exceptional, it offered breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside that we’ll never forget. Just a short drive away is the charming town of Vinci, where you’ll find everything you need to make the most of your stay. The wine and olive oil tasting experience is an absolute must—it added such a special touch to our visit. The property itself is beautifully maintained, with excellent amenities that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Lorenzo and Eva were both very professional, and their communication was always prompt and helpful. We can’t wait to return to Vinci and would love to stay at their place again!

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We come from Hong Kong, and a building like this is not often seen there. We are very happy to have had the chance to stay at the house. Some of the details in the house really impressed us, especially the antique furniture! Pietro is a great host—very friendly and responsive. I had some pleasant conversations with him. Thanks again!

Wir waren mit unserem 10 Monate alten Baby für vier Tage in Dinos Haus. Der Ausblick und die Ruhe sind wundervoll und das Haus hat alles, was es für uns braucht. Die Kommunikation mit Dino war toll, er hat sich von sich aus gemeldet und nachgefragt, ob wir gut angekommen sind und ob alles ok ist und hat auch auf unsere Nachrichten schnell reagiert. Wir waren mit einem Ford Transit unterwegs, größer bzw breiter sollte euer Auto nicht sein, da die Straßen sehr schmal sind.

Don’t hesitate to book this beautiful Airbnb which was thoughtfully restored to reflect the history of the area. You won’t want to leave. We explored Certaldo Alto and Montefioralle- both amazing sites. The pool area was perfection and we couldn’t get enough of the landscape! Couldn’t stayed a week!!!

What a magnificent place to stay. Very peaceful and in wonderful surroundings. The dinner that Anna put on was amazing and we met some lovely fellow travellers. As the temperature was hot while we were there the pool was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this place. Anna is such a delight to deal with.

Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tuscany! The house was clean, well-furnished and had everything you could need. It is also perfectly located for exploring Pistoia, Pisa, Florence and wider areas in Tuscany. Communication with the hosts was excellent, with Mark and his partner providing a very warm and hospitable welcome. Arranging check-in was very straight-forward and we always felt that they were on hand if needed. We would definitely return again in future and recommend to others 😊

Wir haben den Urlaub mit unseren drei Töchtern (13, 13, 16) sehr genossen. Besonders der Ausblick und der Pool waren fantastisch. Das Haus und die Terrasse sind sehr schön und laden zum Entspannen ein. Toll war es auch, dass wir fußläufig 2 ausgezeichnete Trattorien erreichen konnten, natürlich auf Empfehlung von Marina. Die Straße von Lucca aus ist schmal und kurvig, teilweise etwas aufregend... Wir waren mit einem großen Ford Transit unterwegs.... alles machbar. Man wird oben von der unglaublichen Aussicht belohnt, besonders nachts mit den Lichtern von Lucca, den Sternen und den Glühwürmchen. Ein schöner Ort mit hilfsbereiten Gastgebern.

The perfect place to explore Chianti each day. We stayed 5 nights and it was just perfect. Great amenities, beautiful pool, bbqs and lovely areas to sit and enjoy the views and the sunset. Always fabulous to come home to. Our upstairs apartment was spacious, comfortable and all we required with a lovely view. We had great recommendations from Silvia which we followed up on. Great to have restaurants nearby. Reasonable- highly recommend.

Amazing place! Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of the Lucca hills. Very peaceful. Lots of birdsong. We saw a deer in the garden! The grounds are brilliant and the place is the perfect size for a couple. We loved eating on the terrace with the great view, and swimming in the private pool. Only a short drive to Lucca which has some amazing restaurants (our favourite was Osteria de Pasquale). There’s some great vineyards in the area - our favourite was Fattoria Sardi. If I was reading this review I wouldn’t think twice about booking!

This property is in a stunning setting with beautiful local towns. We really enjoyed our stay after busy city visits. Host offered great hospitality and perfect suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

Traumhaft und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft im Herzen des Chianti Gebietes mit fantastischem Ausblick . Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig! Das Haus, der Garten sowie der großzügige Pool waren genial. Toskana Feeling pur. Christine und John waren großartige Gastgeber. Christine hatte tolle Restaurant Tipps und hat sogar die Reservierungen für uns vorgenommen (Somit waren auch immer gute Sitzplätze in den Restaurants garantiert). Wir waren einen Tag sogar in Ihrer anderen Unterkunft der „Villa La Petraia“ zu Gast. Die Zimmer waren sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und das Anwesen und der Ausblick auch traumhaft. Christine hat ein ausgesprochen gutes Gespür für Design und Einrichtung. Ein Design Hotel vom Feinsten. Ich hoffe bald wieder zu kommen.

Roberto et sa femme sont sympathiques, attentionnés et accueillants. Le lieu est magnifique et très intéressant pour rejoindre San Gimignano à pieds. Nous avons passé un formidable moment. Nous recommandons !

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!
