Great place, better in person than you might guess based on the photos in the listing. Lots of space, 1.5 bathrooms, super centrally located, all the accouterments you might want/expect for a week or two stay. I loved the decor and vibe of the apartment. Supermarket down the street, restaurants nearby, and very easy Yango delivery as well. Joseca was very, very helpful in general, 10/10 check-in experience.

A tranquil swimming pool reflects the modern architecture nearby. The pool features clear blue water, with steps leading into it. Surrounding greenery and a gentle curve of the building complement the serene outdoor space.

Attencioso, always available to answer any questions. The apartment is wonderful, with a very beautiful view. Very well located, mall, supermarket, gym, shops, restaurant and more. Without saying in the organization of the apartment, all very clean and organized, I highly recommend the services of this professional. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Everything of high quality, everything thought with great affection for the guests. 5 stars is the one that qualifies you best. I recommend it with my eyes closed!

Excellent place! The apartment looked small but it was very cozy, it had everything you need, very clean, the beds were very comfortable as well as the sofa bed. The ideal barbecue space. Without asking, Jorge offered to change the date if we wanted due to the rains, but we decided to stay, and the next day we were supposed to leave, he offered us to stay longer. The "sea" was very nice too and all the spaces they had, very quiet, we will definitely come back! 10/10

I had a great stay at this place. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and perfectly equipped for everything you might need, whether it's a short getaway or a longer stay. The view from the fifth floor towards the lagoon is impressive, and enjoying a churrasco on the terrace was an unforgettable experience. The bedroom is spacious and the bed super comfortable, and the sofa bed in the living room is ideal for resting. The kitchen had everything you need, including those details that make a difference, like coffee, sugar, and oil. In addition, the host's attention was excellent and was always available for any enquiry. Although the condominium does not yet have a supermarket, planning shopping in the city was not a problem, and the on-site restaurant is a good option. The location is perfect for relaxing and enjoying, and access by Uber or taxi was very convenient. Definitely worth staying here! I hope to be back soon!

Excellent location, nice apartment, the photos do not do it justice they have the use of a phenomenal pool that overlooks the Green Tower! The sofa bed is a little hard and has no decor (TV or furniture) in the living room, but a recommended place 🙌🏻

The apartment is price and the location unbeatable. The only detail is that the shower has hot water 5 minutes maximum so if two people go to one it touches cold. Then the apartment is perfect. Thank you!

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

This place was a pleasant surprise, despite the location in the city, the house has a lot of outdoor space, it is ideal for setting up a picnic with friends and family or an event. Everything is very well maintained, clean and ready to enjoy

We were very pleased with our stay. The house is in a quiet area and had exactly what we were looking for. Easy to take Uber to hipermaxi and shop if you want to cook your own food, or go into town if you want to go sightseeing. The service was very high and the staff were available all day. We would be glad to come back!

We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.
