Great place, better in person than you might guess based on the photos in the listing. Lots of space, 1.5 bathrooms, super centrally located, all the accouterments you might want/expect for a week or two stay. I loved the decor and vibe of the apartment. Supermarket down the street, restaurants nearby, and very easy Yango delivery as well. Joseca was very, very helpful in general, 10/10 check-in experience.

A tranquil swimming pool reflects the modern architecture nearby. The pool features clear blue water, with steps leading into it. Surrounding greenery and a gentle curve of the building complement the serene outdoor space.

Atencioso, sempre disponível para sanar qualquer dúvida. O apartamento é maravilhoso, com uma vista muito linda. Muito bem localizado, shopping, supermercado, academia, lojas, restaurante e muito mais. Sem dizer na organização do apartamento, tudo muito limpo e organizado, super recomendo os serviços desse profissional. Tudo que precisávamos havia no apartamento. Tudo de altíssima qualidade, tudo pensado com muito carinho para os hóspedes. 5 estrelas é o que melhor lhe qualifica. Recomendo de olhos fechados!

Excelente lugar! El departamento se veía pequeño pero fue muy acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas al igual que el sofá cama. El espacio de la churrasquera ideal. Sin pedirlo Jorge nos ofreció cambiar de fecha si queríamos debido a las lluvias pero decidimos quedarnos, y al día siguiente que nos tocaba irnos nos ofreció poder quedarnos más tiempo. El "mar" muy lindo también y todos los espacios que habían, muy tranquilo, sin duda volveremos! 10/10

Tuve una estadía espectacular en este alojamiento. El departamento es precioso, cómodo y está perfectamente equipado para todo lo que se pueda necesitar, ya sea una escapada corta o una estadía más larga. La vista desde el quinto piso hacia la laguna es impresionante, y disfrutar de un churrasco en la terraza fue una experiencia inolvidable. El dormitorio es amplio y la cama súper cómoda, y el sofá cama en la sala es ideal para descansar. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario, incluyendo esos detalles que marcan la diferencia, como café, azúcar, y aceite. Además, la atención del host fue excelente y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier consulta. Aunque el condominio aún no cuenta con supermercado, planificar las compras en la ciudad no fue un problema, y el restaurante en el lugar es una buena opción. La ubicación es perfecta para relajarse y disfrutar, y el acceso con Uber o taxi fue muy conveniente. Definitivamente, ¡vale la pena alojarse aquí! ¡Espero volver pronto!

Excelente ubicación, bonito departamento, las fotos no le hacen justicia tienen el uso de una piscina fenomenal que tiene vista al Green Tower! El sofa cama es un poco duro y no tiene decoración (tele o muebles) en la sala, pero un lugar recomendable 🙌🏻

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse. Huset ligger på ett lugnt område och hade precis det vi letade efter. Smidigt att ta Uber till hipermaxi och handla om man vill laga egen mat, eller åka in till stan om man vill go sightseeing. Servicen var mycket hög och personalen var tillgängliga hela dagarna. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka!

We were very pleased with how spacious the apartment was and the balcony especially. The host was very kind and allowed us to enter 2 hrs earlier and leave 1 hr later which we really appreciated. The building staff were very friendly as well.
