Perfect vacation spot for a couple. Well sized kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and living room with a big outdoor patio overlooking the bay. Well stocked with gear for the beach and water activities. Brian was extremely helpful and ensured that we had a great stay. Good central location. I hope to come back soon!

A good family, warm, kind and thoughtful. If you like, you can eat at his house, very very delicious, unfortunately we have something during the day, can only eat his breakfast. The most important thing is that the owner can very much think for us that one day we will go out early. They specially prepared a breakfast for my son, and my son did not live with them. They still have some details, always ask us first, we are very satisfied. In short, this is a wonderful experience for us, thank you. (I wrote Chinese, then translated it with translation software, please forgive if you can't understand it)

This impeccably maintained and extremely well equipped bungalow is truly a gem in Rockaway Beach. It is everything as advertised and more. We were there for a week over Thanksgiving as our family gathered to celebrate with two of our children and their families who live in Rockaway. The bungalow provided us with such a quiet and comfortable place to retreat to after our busy days. Being familiar with Rockaway, I know how perfect this would be in the summer. Tommy provides everything you would possibly need for a relaxing vacation. It certainly lives up to the name, A Stone's Throw Bungalow, as it puts you within walking distance of the beach, numerous great restaurants of all types, the subway, and bus stops. It is situated in one of the most desirable areas for vacationers. Tommy couldn't have been more accommodating and we hope to be able to return many times in the future.

I have stayed here in the past. I never think of staying anywhere else. Wali is an amazing host. He responds quickly to any questions I may have. . His place is beyond great, clean, organized, privacy. When I stay there, I feel like part of a family. Sonia is the best, a cleaning machine. They are both so accommodating and down to earth. Jim, who has been there for years is my buddy. We get along well. This place is where it’s at. My last stay was long term. My recent stay was 2 weeks. I will be back. No doubt about it. 🌞
