This is a lovely, bright and spotless apartment with a private entrance. It is immediately apparent the owner has made an effort to not only take care of the basic needs of the client but has also provided thoughtful amenities for their comfort as well. You will feel very comfortable. Communication was timely and all information was provided for entry. I highly recommend it.

The apartment was fantastic! Great location, everything you need for a home away from home. This was perfect for my little family. And the VALUE?! Everywhere in this area is SO EXPENSIVE, so to find Bill's place was an absolute miracle! Highly recommend for your Long Island stay!

Stayed here for my son’s baseball tournament for MDW. Pretty comfortable, decent sized space. The king bed and the pullout couch came in clutch for the kids. I read reviews about hearing people walking upstairs, it wasn’t that bad. You are staying under someone and you are bound to hear footsteps, didn’t hear any voices or anything else, needless to say the footsteps did not bother us. My only small concern was the leak in the shower head. I ended up tying it with a small towel so it wouldn’t leak. Other than that pretty comfortable and responsive host.

Even nicer in person than the listing! Super clean, host is very responsive, really close to all local businesses you could possibly need. Neighborhood is quiet and private and feels very safe. Our pups loved the fenced patio area! We’d absolutely stay here again!

Had a wonderful week long stay. Apartment is very comfortable and quiet and has a fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and couch. The neighborhood is pretty and quiet. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a very short drive. Basar is so kind and helpful—just a lovely host. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Basar!

Jeannette was there to greet us and made sure we knew where everything was and that we had everything we needed. She even provided breakfast. Her place was immaculate. The location was amazing. She made our departure very easy. We are looking forward to staying there again. If you looking for a great place to stay, this is it.

Lovely place in a great location, walkable to the ocean and main street restaurants. We felt very welcomed, she even left some toys for our dog which was very sweet. Proactive communication as well. Overall I would recommend Ashley's place and would stay there again.

I had a perfect stay together with my daughter. I love this place very much. It’s clean, cozy and quiet. I saw a deer in the morning and squirrels in the afternoon. When my daughter got a fever and I asked Kathy for medicine. She offered immediate help. Surly I will stay here again next time when I am around Stony Brook

My family's overall experience at Jolanta's beautiful Stony Brook apartment has been our best in many years! My wife and I were travelling to Stony Brook for our son's Masters graduation from the local university. This apartment is just a 10-minute walk away from the Long Island Rail Road Station. 1. Jolanta's replies to our questions were quick and detailed. Her communications were very welcoming and clear. 2. We were delighted to see that the spacious, neat apartment was beautifully decorated. It was extremely well-stocked with a welcoming bottle of wine, all required kitchen needs, and plenty of towels, toiletries, blankets, pillows, comforters, and so on. 3. Jolanta's warmth as a host was further accentuated by the surprise chocolates and "Congrats Grad" balloon which she gifted my son on graduation day. 4. She was also extremely kind and flexible in accommodating some of our unique requirements across two stays. Jolanta is truly an all-star host and is highly-recommended!

My family enjoyed their short stay at Camilla’s apartment. The apartment was a beautiful place.

I looooove this spot. It’s my second time staying, but the first time as the person booking the Airbnb, and it was exactly the same as last year. So well-maintained, with a gorgeous private back yard and perfectly hot hot tub! Just a 7-8 minute walk to the Ferry, 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 20 minute walk to the middle of the Pines. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed, which was perfect for rainy-day movie time! Verrrry cold AC, soft comfy beds, and extra sheets. Also love the outdoor shower that gets hot incredibly quickly. We had an issue with a broken appliance and the hosts responded to our message within literally a minute. So lovely to chat with, so helpful and friendly! I hope I get the chance to stay a third time!

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Upon arriving we were taken with the location, beautiful and ample plantings and attention to detail like a bottle of wine and a variety of snacks to welcome us. The hosts were gracious, warm, gave us privacy, and great tips on where to eat. Cowfish in Hampton Bays is not to be missed. A large and private hot tub, comfortable lounges, and outdoor shower are just some of the amenities. A fire pit with water views was a great spot to unwind at night. The hosts gave us kindling and a lighter, and were very responsive with other asks and recommendations. It’s a great location with ease of access for both the North and South Fork. Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Had a great stay. Jamie was helpful and responded quickly, and accommodated us kindly. The house is very close to the ferry, which made the trek with luggage very easy. The house is one lot from the ocean, and hot tub on the roof has a great view. The mattress was also really great, sleeping well isn’t usually in the Pines experience but it was a highlight this trip

We stayed for our honeymoon - long weekend and first time Hamptons visitors. Very clean, organized and cozy space with nice decorations. All amenities listed were available. We really enjoyed the hot tub and firepit, very peaceful and private area. You should have a car to get around to restaurants, shops, and other outdoor activities. Lots of areas were walking, bike, and scooter friendly. There were so many beautiful views of the water!! Would stay here again, great value.

Reynold's place is exactly what we were looking for given the itinerary my group had planned. It definitely had a taste of the residential community feel, and the property/amenities all complimented our stay and requirements. Felt very safe, peaceful and just at home -- yet a few minutes away from local deli shops and groceries. Plus Reynold keeps the place very well kept and stocked. Highly recommended for people with multiple days staying in the area. 👌
