Vacation rentals with a kayak in Brookhaven

Had an amazing stay, host was easy to reach and had a fast response time. The cottage was a couple steps from the beach and was in a beautifully serene location. Everything was as described and better!

This was the second time staying at Angela’s place and it was a great experience, again! The location is great and the back yard is so peaceful and cozy. My family says it feels like it’s our Fairfield Home! I would highly recommend it! First Class!

Phaedra’s home is a lovely cottage on the cusp of Southold and Greenport. It’s the perfect place for a weekend getaway and was very well equipped for everything you might need. The home is charming yet modern (we especially loved the heated bathroom floors!). Excited to stay again.

we had a quiet girls getaway to celebrate my sister getting married-upon arrival we checked out the entirety of the home…to which we were pleasantly surprised every corner we turned! exquisite home with comfortable, aesthetically pleasing furnishing and so much gorgeous natural light. the outdoor shower was a huge BONUS! heated pool had us outside moving our bodies more than we’d imagined and was such a fun way to spend time together. the living room is so cozy and a great space to have a game-night-in! i could go on and on about each detail but you should simply stay here and enjoy for yourself all this property has to offer!

Loved our girls’ getaway on the North Fork! Mae’s house is the perfect spot with a quick walk to the beach and gorgeous views right from her backyard - even close drives to beautiful Southold, Mattituck, and Greenport. I will absolutely stay again!

My sisters and I took a get away for a few days. Francesco was wonderful to work with prior to our arrival and such a pleasure to talk to while we were there. The location is perfect with the beach right out front and enjoyed listening to the waves slapping on beach at night. The accommodation was perfect! Would definitely recommend and we will be returning!

We traveled to Nyack for a family wedding and this place was absolutely perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space, beautiful outdoor area overlooking the river, and located close to everything we needed. The rest of my family decided we had the best AirBnB for the wedding weekend! Mia was very responsive when we needed anything. Furthermore, my son left his kindle in the bedroom he slept in and Mia shipped it to us immediately after it was found. We will absolutely be booking here again.

Meredith’s cottage in Jamesport is the perfect North Fork getaway—spacious yet quaint, with incredible charm. The beach views are spectacular, offering peaceful sunrises and relaxing evenings. Meredith was a fantastic host—super attentive, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better: quiet and serene, yet close to everything from wineries and farm stands to local restaurants. It’s a quintessential North Fork home, and we can’t wait to return.

Our 2 day stay at the cottage was just what we’d hoped for our wedding weekend! Annalisa was so responsive and accommodating. A wonderful host, such wonderful hospitality and an amazingly stunning private retreat! Would definitely return!

Loved our stay! This is a gem of a house—it’s gorgeously decorated and equipped with everything you need to feel immediately at home. Shelter Island is one of my favorite places and this home made it feel all the more special. Thank you, Christopher!

The house was so peaceful and quiet. The deer were just walking around and calming to watch! The backyard is better than the pictures and would stay there again! My only issue was with the lack of privacy in the house. The doors are similar to shutters to allow airflow, but you could here everyone in all the rooms. Not a huge deal unless you have loud kids!

This cute, comfortable and sun-filled cottage was perfect for our needs, and close to where our son lives, which was great! Everything was just as pictured, super clean, beautiful main bathroom, very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and tons of storage in master bedroom. Living room was spacious and comfortable and everything was nicely decorated. We took advantage of the kayaks, and the backyard grill, and the yard is gorgeous! We walked every morning. Catherine was helpful, responsive and flexible throughout our stay, and we are already making plans to return next year!

We had a great stay! The kitchen was nicely stocked and the house was clean. Plenty of outdoor space and beds made it comfortable even for a large group!
