Cottage vacation rentals in Brookhaven

Louise's place was perfect. Louise was so easy to communicate with, super responsive, kind, thoughtful and truly appreciated that she had the option of flexible dates (instead of so many sat to sat or sun to sun requirements in summer). The cottage was cozy, cute, spotless & well stocked. My teenage kids loved the hot tub (as it was a bit chilly in the evenings) and I loved the outdoor shower. We loved having the bikes to take rides around the Island and loved the location. Our only regret is that we didn't get to stay there longer! We will definitely try to stay at Old Snuggler again!

I had a wonderful weekend at Andrew’s place in East Hampton. It was gorgeous, perfect location, perfect layout, and such a central location to everything. It was incredibly clean and organized and the backyard was beautiful for relaxing. Andrew was also a terrific host- he left us beverages, was super communicative and flexible and I’m so happy I stayed here. Hopefully I’ll rent again soon!!

This house was the perfect place to enjoy a peaceful stay with our three young daughters. The grounds were in beautiful bloom during our time which made all of the outdoor time even more enjoyable. From the large yard, to the hot tub and the fire pit we enjoyed staying at the property as much as exploring the area. I appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the high quality bedding. Would love to return during the summer when the pool is open and the patios were all ready for the warm weather.

Wow!! The perfect peaceful getaway that is close to everything!! Tucked away off the road the house is quiet with a beautiful yard. The interior is both stylish and comfortable. The kitchen is extremely well outfitted. Andrew is a great host and an excellent communicator. We only wished we could have stayed longer!! The question isn’t will we come back, it’s simply when!

Tabitha's place was perfect for our group stay. Right in the middle of town and perfect for what we needed for the week!

Ivana and John are the most wonderful hosts! This was truly like staying at a family cottage and everything was just beautiful. John greeted us upon arrival and even had a bottle of wine for my husbands birthday! We loved staying here from the city because it was only a little over a hour to arrive and less than a hour to South Hampton where we had dinner. Also the little town is so so cute and we were able to walk over so quickly! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you again Ivana and John!

Lil Nauti was perfect for our family. The bedrooms were adequate, with very comfortable beds and plenty of pillows. The wardrobe space and drawers were great as we had a long stay with a lot of baggage! Jason has absolutely everything you could possibly want or need for a stay. The kitchen is really well equipped. Cute cottage and delightful private garden.

Ana's place is super clean and comfortable, it was everything we needed for our one night stay to attend a wedding nearby. It's a 3 min drive to a great coffee shop and restaurants and the backyard was lovely.

Staying at Fabiola's was a dream. This place is very homey and welcoming. We had a lovely stay for Christmas with family, walking to the beach in the morning and cozying up around the fire in the evening. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and our dog loved the fenced in yard. Would love to stay again.

We had a great experience staying at Melissa’s cottage and would happily recommend it to anyone else! We were in town from Florida visiting family in Rocky Point for Christmas and chose Melissa’s property as our place to stay. Great stay! Fergus was a great host - we drove from Boston with our dog and were attending a wedding the same day, so when I reached out to ask for earlier check in, Fergus didn’t hesitate and had the spot ready for us! They even were kind enough to drop off some bananas for us before the wedding. Check in was easy, an adorable, cozy cottage, and delicious muffins for us the next morning! Thank you!

One of the best air bnbs we’ve had the pleasure of staying. Was even more comfortable, spacious and well appointed than the photos portray. Walking distance to the three villages historic museum and so close to port Jeff and the university. Everything we needed and more, and Lise was incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. Stayed with two small dogs , so easy. Love this historic home!

We enjoyed our stay. Erica was extremely responsive and stayed in touch throughout our stay. We were grateful for the heaters as it got a little chilly overnight. The house is immaculate which we really appreciated. Walking distance to the cute Main Street and even closer to a couple of coffee shops.

The Ocean Bay home was in a lovely location with a large sunny deck, comfy beds and convenient wagon, beach chairs, and umbrella. Our host was very responsive and the proximity to a beautiful beach made for a great stay. We look forward to visiting Fire Island again with our family.

The proximity to the beach is unmatched. Additionally, a short drive or bike ride to Post Road provides an unlimited amount of food and culture to enjoy. The space is comfortable and clean with all you need for a short or long stay.

The cottage is as pictured. Very clean with everything I needed. The area is beautiful for walking on the beach or the streets around the cottage. WiFi was strong throughout the cabin for working. Thanks Bert for your attention and listing this cottage.

Myshkin’s place made for a nice 3-night getaway. It is private, clean, and quiet. About 10 min drive from each Sag and EH which made for easy access to both. The private beach is a 5 min walk and was great even in the offseason. In short, it makes for a great escape in a quiet part of the Hamptons.

Laurie's cottage was clean and very comfortable. She had all the amenities including kitchen accessories. The best were the SOFT pillows and large, fluffy towels.

Our stay was perfect! The home was so clean and Denise even left us a baby gate for our 1 year old. Denise was very responsive and provided great recommendations of places to eat and things to do. There is a private beach across the street but we walked about .25 miles down the street to the Silver Sands State Park beach so that our 1 year old could play in more shallow water before high tide. We would highly recommend and will be back!

Erin’s place was perfect! We did a girls trip to fire island over memorial day weekend, it was the perfect size for 3 of us. Erin’s place was situated about a 30 min walk from the Ocean Beach, and super easy to get to from the Ocean Bay Park (I think?) Ferry Station, so it was super easy to get to. We had such a lovely weekend exploring the island, and could easily get to other parts of the island (i.e. Cherry Grove) by Water Taxi. Erin was extremely helpful with navigation guidance. We would definitely come back again!

Perfect place close to town but on a private street Amazing backyard and open layout inside- plenty of space to hang! Everything was clean and Manu was responsive and helpful He was very accommodating We would come back!
