Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Brookfield

Location is very secure and convenient to downtown Milwaukee and BayView. We had a few questions upon arrival and Abdimalik was quick to respond. There is a great restaurant in the building and a coffee house opening soon. We visit the area several times a year and would definitely book again if available.

Great host! Excellent communication from beginning to end. The unit was beautiful, was very clean, and had great views. The neighborhood had lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops within walking distance. Lots to do! Would definitely stay here again if we're in the Milwaukee area.

Great place and great location! Building itself was also very cool and well maintained. If you’re looking for a place to stay near downtown Milwaukee this place is definitely worth considering.

The place was nice and clean when we arrived. We felt right at home. We loved that there was great food right downstairs and we visited a few other restaurants that were within walking distance as well.

This is in a great location in the Third Ward - everything is walkable. The parking pass directly across the street is a huge bonus. Secure building and as a solo traveler I felt very safe. Bed is super comfortable (best at any AirBnb I've stayed in). I have two more events coming up in Milwaukee and hoping this will be available!

Perfect place to stay. Surrounding neighborhood was awesome; plenty bars and restaurants within a block but still quiet neighborhood vibe. Very short Uber ride downtown, very easy getting back and forth. The loft was incredibly clean and comfortable, and John was super accommodating with our arrival time and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely consider this again next time I’m in Milwaukee.

The place is spacious and clean with a great view. Jim was responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, Excellent stay and accommodations. There are quirks or features with an old building/condo that is of no fault of the host. 1. The door lock. You use the key to unlatch it rather than turning the knob. Door itself has a vent = light and noise leak. 2. Building with community boiler and ventilation system, room temp control was inconsistent. Also shared vent means shared smells. 3. The bathroom sink faucets take some getting used to with separate hot and cold spouts. The hot spout was loose so it could use tightening. 4. Good shower pressure but the airflow causes the clear shower liner to blow inwards onto you. Perhaps a bowed rod may help? Also, the wide swath shower head sprays out to the floor when the curtain is open. Overall, clean room and clean linens. Ample storage for your clothes. Comfortable bed. A desk/office nook. Kitchen functions well with supplies, dishes, utensils and basic pantry items. Accessible cleaning supplies.

We booked for 2 weeks and enjoyed each day! Great neighborhood for walking our dog and loads of restaurants nearby to try out. The home was furnished with everything you could need. Sarah was accommodating to meet our needs and we would definitely come back here.

Location of the condo was great and exactly what we needed for our stay.

Our first experience using airbnb. What a wonderful place and amazing hosts. If we are in the area again this will be the first choice, EVERY time!

The Quarters condos are in a nice location in Grafton, next to an excellent coffee shop and easy walking to restaurants. The unit was clean and well appointed--nice bedding and comfy mattress. Good shower. Lots of light and great to hang out in. Addie or her partner, was always available when I had a problem or question. I would heartily recommend this place!

10/10 recommend staying here! Exactly like the pictures and was incredibly clean! It was the cutest, coziest place for a girls weekend. Coffee shop within walking distance and several restaurants and other local shops all within walking distance. Short drive to downtown Cedarburg. We loved it!!

Beautiful, clean and a great location. Everything we needed was there. The Quarters also has a beautiful common area with coffee and laundry. What a great place! Would definitely stay again!

Great condo. Clean and awesome location. Bill made the check in process simple since there is an actual office and the ladies there were friendly.

Paul was flexible and super easy to communicate with. Check in and out are simple. Neighborhood was a quiet cul-de-sac and close to downtown. So convenient. We were a party of 9 and had plenty of room to gather and lounge. LOVED the saltwater hot tub. So relaxing at the start and end of our days 😊

Bethany is a fantastic host, local recommendations, great communication and her bnb has more supplies than any other bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Garage parking is nice, close to everything in Milwaukee. Super clean and smelled great too. Big area for everyone to stretch out in. Super comfy couch with a big screen tv!! Bethany was above and beyond hospitable with the right amount of communication. Stocked the fridge with water and local brews too. A real pro at hosting with plenty of knowledge of the area. I felt at home taking my shoes off at the door then noticed brand new supplied house slippers to slide into. When I come back to Milwaukee with my family I will be staying here and the kids have already claimed the game room!! Thanks again and we look forward to the next trip too.

This past weekend was amazing at this place. They were so on top of everything, communication was great, and the house is huge! There’s cute spots all around the area of the home, good sized rooms. All in all, i loved staying here, and Scott & Carrie were amazing hosts! I’d definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved the house and location. Plenty of space. Clean . Beds were comfortable. Kitchen appliances were in excellent condition. Marla is an excellent host and responds quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

My friend and I stayed for 2 nights. The house was clean and exactly as described. The location was close (within a 15 minute drive) to everything we visited (Pabst Theater, Wisconsin State Fair, and The Oriental Theatre). The beds were comfortable. We loved having off-street parking. We would definitely recommend this property while staying in Milwaukee!
