Monthly Rentals in Broad Creek

This place was very nice, my family and I stayed about three weeks. Everything is as advertised. Well decorated, spacious and comfortable. Mike was a good host and would highly recommend staying here especially in the summer months.

This was our second stay with Dodie. Everything was perfect. We love the secluded location and privacy. The view are stunning if you enjoy the water. It's ideal for us. The place is always clean, the house well stocked, and checking in and out are super convenient.

My family and I stayed there for 5 nights and found the rental to actually be more beautiful than the pictures reflected. It had a very comfortable layout with the 3 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. The huge living area, kitchen, and 2 of the bedrooms had a gorgeous water view. It was very well kept home and spotless. There were so many amenities provided in the kitchen - small kitchen appliances, silverware, plates, cups, mugs, glasses, cookware, etc. You don't need to bring a thing! While there was still a bit of a chill in the air, we sat on the amazing front porch as often as possible to enjoy that view. I had such comfortable lounge furniture, a table & chairs for eating, and a large grill. We enjoyed a few games of Cornhole, too, on the warmest day! Deanne was very quick to respond to all of our inquiries. It is definitely a beautiful rental with modern, nautical decor. You'll enjoy views of sunrises that will take your breath away!!
