We really enjoyed staying here! It was nice being closer to the beach and the marina in Psalter Path. it was our first time on the island and even though the weather was not great we had fun. Thanks David for making sure we had some snacks and necessities in the house!

We really enjoyed our stay, great location, beautiful home, everything and more that we needed for a week in the beach. Perfect for our family getaway. There was a minor hiccup with the cleaning service when we arrived but Michael went above and beyond to get the situation rectified right away! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Wow! We loved this lil Airbnb just as much as all the other guests! The views are amazing and we saw baby dolphin and rays and caught a variety of fish from the dock.Lots of activity in this waterway! Ie.Jumping fish. This is such a beautiful spot for a weekend getaway!!! We have already booked a return trip! Cheryl has outdone herself!

This was our third year staying at this wonderful little house, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The location is perfect—peaceful and quiet, right on the water, yet just a short drive from great food, lots of activities, and everything the area has to offer. The house itself has such a unique, artsy charm that we absolutely love. It’s cozy, clean, and surrounded by natural beauty—every time we visit, we find ourselves immediately relaxed. As always MC was so sweet and affectionate, he’s become a highlight of our trips and we always look forward to seeing him! The host is consistently responsive and thoughtful, which makes the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay—highly recommend this special place!

This makes two years in a row we have stayed at Preston’s house. The house is always very clean and the place is just as described. The house is a 2 minute walk to the sand! The covered front porch makes the evenings relaxing! Preston is a top notch host and is just a call away. He is very accommodating. We will always look to book with Preston and his house.

Stunning 4 BR Oceanfront Home

Great house for a family trip! Beautiful views, clean, enough kitchen equipment, easy access to beach, quiet cul-da-sac. Bunkroom is mesmerizing for adults and kids of all ages, thick sturdy mattresses. Host is easy to communicate with if needed. Extras listed were so helpful to cut down on packing: beach chairs, tent, towels and toys then inside toys and many baby/toddler items the host will send details on, as well as starter amenities provided, which was good amt and easy to plan for what else needed. Comfortable beds, and there are several extra pillows we would have used but need extra linens, would suggest to inquire about size if need to bring own. A duplex but we had no issues with neighbors, and I would expect anything would have been handled quickly if necessary. If you haven't been before, Swansboro all the way up the island over to Beaufort has so much to offer!

Beautiful private guest house with water views

Hazael is an excellent host. He met us on arrival and gave a quick tour of the property. Friendly and welcoming, his communication, from booking through post-departure, was outstanding. The property is modern, very clean, with a beautiful kitchen, a comfortable sleeper sofa and queen bed. Hazael provided thoughtful amenities including coffee pods for the Nespresso and bottled water. He also provided detailed information about the area and personal recommendations for restaurants. The location is perfect, very private , but just ten min from Beaufort's waterfront and not far from the ferry to Ocracoke. You have lovely views of the marsh and the North River - very peaceful. I loved watching the sunrise over the river each morning. Highly recommend this property based on host, communication, cleanliness, furnishings, amenities and location. We had an amazing experience and will stay here again when we visit Beaufort and the Crystal Coast.
