What a beautiful and calm place to escape the city! The host provided us with plenty of tips to discover the beautiful surroundings, like a hike up to a waterfall, and some local restaurants. But the kitchen is well equipped enough to make your own dinners too. We had a great time.

Camino Verde is a great place to spend a good vacation along Las Merindades. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It is located in Puentedey , one of the most beautiful chosen villages in Spain. Carlos , at all times he has been waiting for us , that we will not be missing information , tips, etc. Very good communication with him. The home is decorated with a lot of pampering and very taste. In short , highly recommended if you want peace , nature, and culture.

Lovely stay , very quirky but fun for a few nights . Great to get advice of beautiful local walk along the river. Although a little tricky to drive all the way to the property, you soon get used to it ! We are in our mid 60’s & did not have any issues with the uneven path, steps or low door. Definitely recommend if looking for somewhere a little different , but within reach of nice local villages & towns.

Better than in my own home! We are a family of 4 with a dog and have been incredibly well. The house is very spacious, for 8 people, although there are beds for more. The best equipped kitchen of all the cottages I have been to, there was absolutely everything (up to an express pot), and enough free storage space to have the kitchen always picked up. The spacious dining room, the living room with a very cozy fireplace and the very comfortable rooms. Given the time we were unable to use the outdoor areas, patio and garden, but we did enjoy the "escape room" in the "Txoco". a highly recommended experience. The house is very well located, in a super quiet village in the middle of nature and more or less central within the Merindades. Txus is a lovely person, always attentive to anything we need, and providing local tips and recommendations (She has an adventure sports company). We'll be back for sure!
