Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Brixham

The apartment was light, bright and roomy. It had comfortable furnishings and was clean. We really appreciated the herbal teas, coffee pods and sweet treats. It was homely with the seaside ornaments, books and games. Great to have a big kitchen that could be sat in to eat. Parking and location was great. Only couple of issues was finding the apartment at night as address did not relate to what was on taxi satnav and the internal light to the apartment entrance is broken so very dark. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Another geat stay .Photos of the views are really good but the real think is something else great views from every window. Accurate description on the listing and fantastic replies from Suki on any questions. We will book again.

Lovely apartment, beautiful view and excellent hosting from Di. Enjoyed the decor and we were so comfortable. We were able to park and leave the car for the duration of our 4 nights. We walked and caught ferries. Highly recommend.

Annalisa is an amazing host. She is very quick to reply and let me know when the flat was ready early! The flat was very clean and spacious. Location is fab. The mattress could be a much better quality and more comfortable, the linen was lovely though. It was bit of a faff finding one house to get the keys and then finding the actual flat.

Ralph & Tanny were great hosts; they were super hospitable and very friendly. The apartment was perfectly located for us and had the added bonus of parking - anyone who has stayed in Brixham will know what a find this is! Ralph’s place is spacious and really well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a bright and airy apartment, in walking distance of beaches and the beautiful Brixham harbour.

What a truly wonderful stay, and the photos REALLY do not do this beautiful place justice!! We had the most lovely welcome from Chris and Sally when we arrived, were given lots of tasty treats to keep us going until we were able to shop the next day, and loved every second of our stay with them. They really did think of everything we could possibly need, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is excellent as we were able to park right outside the property. There is also a bus stop directly outside so we jumped on the bus to Exeter, which only took half an hour. The drive to Starcross is only about 10 minutes and we parked up and got the lovely foot-passenger ferry over to Exmouth (definitely worth the trip and very cheap.) We will DEFINITELY be returning and are already missing the sound of the ocean.

We had a fantastic time at Daphne and Paul’s place. Fabulous apartment, comfortable, private and with everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay, off road parking a bonus. There was also a beautiful garden, unfortunately it rained too much for us to use it! Walking distance to the beach and harbour, restaurants, bars and shops. Highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful flat. We took our 1 year old with us and it was perfectly suited to him toddling around too. Very clean and modern interior. Would highly recommend!

Amy's cottage is just as advertised , location is perfect, right on the river beach, its easy to find, and just a short walk from train station. The shops and several little cafes , bakeries and pubs, are all within a short stroll , many are dog friendly. Amy's cottage has everything you could need and its all very clean cosy and comfortable .Amy was quick to answer my queries and gave me good directions for getting there. Thank you for a lovely seaside break , me and my little dog would love to stay again .

Just got back from a lovely few days break in this beautiful cottage. James is a very welcoming and friendly host and along with the information book in the cottage we had everything we needed to know. The cottage was just perfect and the outside and surrounding garden is like a scene from a fairytale. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation , then this is definitely the place. Inside the cottage , there are lots of beautiful original features alongside more modern amenities. Everything that you could possibly need to make your stay more comfortable has been carefully thought about by the hosts. It’s in a great location to get to places like Torquay, Dartmouth and Brixham. All in all a fabulous place to stay for some much needed R&R.

A beautiful property. With all modern facilities and many features. You could stay here a long time. You definitely need to be ok with steps as there are quite a few to the entrance (wants problem for us). Parking is quite “tight” below the property.

We absolutely loved our stay. Annie was so responsive in the lead up to our stay and ensured we had everything we could need. The place was spotless and really well stocked. The location is unbeatable, very quiet but a 2 minute walk from Salcombe high street. Incredible value too - we couldn’t fault it and will definitely return!

This has been by far the best ABnB we have ever stayed in! We wish we booked there for our whole 10 days! The Penthouse has the most tranquil feeling with views so spectacular, you will never forget them! Sarah is an excellent host who communicated very well and were so kind in providing a cot and high chair and a few age appropriate books and toys for our grandchild! We had a truly unforgettable couple of days in this special place! We will definitely spread the word and hope to be back!

The Italian Garden is a magical respite. Down a tiny country road, near mostly farmland and hills, you’ll find this incredible hideaway. We arrived at night and will admit didn’t do much research before booking (although there’s a lot of info online if you search theitaliangarden)- so were shocked to find that this gorgeous home is nestled just in front of nearly four acres of a phenomenal private garden that you often have to yourself. Words can’t do it justice … just go! The house itself has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you can imagine to cook or bake. There’s a gas fireplace for cold nights, and an outdoor fire bowl. Every bit of the house is luxurious and comfortable. It’s in an extremely quiet part of southern Devon, but just a 15 minute drive from bustling Totnes with unique restaurants and shops. There are many other nearby towns to explore, and Dartmoor is also very close by for gorgeous walks and landscape. Our week flew by - we can’t more highly recommend i

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Great flat, light, airy, spacious, comfortable and very clean. Comfortable bed, great shower and a great kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of plates, glasses, saucepans etc. The flat is really well situated, 4 mins walk from the station and 5 from town where there are some very good restaurants, lots of independent shops and a lovely little market on Friday and Saturday. Don’t miss the wonderful Totnes cinema. We so enjoyed our stay and hope to come back.

The apARTment exceeded our expectations! Absolutely beautiful decor and fabulous art works throughout. Super comfortable the apartment has everything you need to an extremely high standard. We were welcomed by Simon and Theresa had made lemon drizzle cake and left a lovely welcome card and there was a bottle of wine chilling in the fridge with complimentary fresh milk and orange juice in mini school bottles too, a lovely touch. The views are stunning and the garden you have access to also down to the Summerhouse are all beautiful and a true work of love! We hope we will return again and can't recommend highly enough especially for comfort, relaxation and to truly unwind - the balcony is great for an aperitif and coffee in the morning from the Nespresso coffee maker, perfect, perfect, perfect! Beautiful apartment with stunning views. brand new bathroom with walk in shower and lovely Neal's Yard products which smell amazing. Welcome pack of food goodies including milk, butter, croissants cheese, jam, marmalade and a bowl full of fresh fruit. Couldn't have asked more from our hosts Lynne and Neal. We've stayed at many Airbnb's but have to say Luke's place was one of the best. Quiet surroundings, an easy walk into town and a beautiful, scented garden to enjoy your coffee (machine supplied). In fact, Luke's place had everything you'd need for a perfect beach holiday. Prosecco and cream tea much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Julia's in May. The flat was as advertised. It's roomy, spotlessly clean, private and a home from home. It's easily accessible to all the local amenities - train station out front, a stroll to local High St. out back, with lovely shops, boutiques, pubs and restaurants and the amazing estuary views. Julia was very friendly and welcoming, without being intrusive. We highly recommend her property, and hope to revisit very soon. Thanks, Julia for a most enjoyable stay.

Another lovely stay at Palmdene. This place really is home from home and so comfortable. Love being able to stare out to see from both the kitchen and the living room. Everything we need is there. Great place for going onto Paignton beach (approx 10 mins) or go over the top and head to Goodrington beach, it will take a bit longer but the views are stunning. Booking again very soon.
